JB Hi-Fi Cockburn

Non existent Service! Waited near on 30 min to be served, one salesman spent the entire time on the phone, others came and went 3 times while another 2 floated in and out all apparently too busy to offer up some help. I eventually gave up and will take my money elsewhere as i was after a Tab 3 to take away on a trip.

Friendly customer service. Very busy with ample staff to assist. Great range computer laptop's and accessories. Plenty of tv's to check out. Small musical instrument area. Google Home also available here. Not much of a range for vinyl records. Digital cameras, mobile phones, games, DVDs and CDs also available.

Visited store on the morning of Melbourne Cup, to sign up for a JB Hi-Fi special offer $59 Telstra Mobile plan. Service was swift, efficient and friendly. We browsed the store as the salesman ported our phone number to Telstra, and were greeted and assisted by other friendly staff. 15 minutes later we had the mobile plan and a bonus $200 gift voucher. Overall a pleasant experience.
