Really poor customer service, We used the click and collect option where i nominated another party to pick up the packagei was on a mine site when i placed the order. They turned the other person away saying i had to click a box to allow that to happen, Spoiler i had clicked it. The staff were intent on telling her i had made a mistake even though she had received the text the system new she was to pick up the package, when i went in her place the next day they couldnt find the package with my name on it, while i was waiting i asked why she was turned away. I was once again told its because i didn't fill out the form correctly. Eventually after they searched out the back, they asked for the other parties name, and there it was on the shelf with her name on it. We hadn't made a mistake at all, the staff are absolutely useless. They jump to conclusions and just inflexibly run with it. What an absolute waste of time using this click and collect service. They just want you gone as quickly as they can, if that means they have to repeatedly tell you your wrong that's what they do. I haven't shopped at JB in a while and suspect it will be a while before i go back again

I always go to this particular store.  Every staff member is an absolute Genius & their problem solving skills are Stupendous.  Especially Brent who solved a 9 month problem for me in less than 10 minutes.  What can I say? I love these fabulous people dearly & recommend this store.

Amazing customer service from Sahara- white goods. We went in enquiring about a air fryer the knowledge and time Sahara took was was true customer service. Cannington did not have the one we wanted after a ring around she found one for us in Belmont. As we had all the knowledge given to us by this young lady it was easy all we had to do was drive over and collect it. Again a big thank you young lady.

The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, guiding me through various options and providing detailed explanations without being pushy. What impressed me the most was their commitment to customer satisfaction; they went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed within my budget. The prices were competitive, and the quality of the products was top-notch. Overall, my experience at this electronic shop was exceptional, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

THE WORST retail experience you will ever have! The employees in here are some of the rudest human beings you will ever come across. They act like spoiled brats and have a certain attitude that they use to treat every customer, that is if they even talk to you after you have stood in the store for 30+ minutes. Save yourself the hassle and go to other similar stores in the area, get better prices abd faaaar better customer service.
