I made an online order to pick up. Staff were great. As soon as I walk in the doors, I'm acknowledged by the staff telling me they'll be right with me. The pick up goes well and I have a few questions which they were happy to help me out with. Definitely, without a doubt, A+ for service. There's parking out the front. I went on a weekday and had no problem getting a carpark.

Absolutely love this place there is a great amount of products from guitars to DJ equipment and speakers. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and will always make sure you get a great deal. There isn't much parking space so it can be a little annoying driving and parking there but is ok with me because everything about the store makes up for it. If your looking for anything that they sell do not hesitate it come here

I bought a set of Beyerdynamic Custom One Pro headphones which straight out of the box clearly looked to have been tampered with or used, one of the cans was fallen off, the link piece was lying loose and a screw that held the piece on was missing.  I asked them to kindly swap me over a good set and I got a long email back where I was told I need to have an inspection first in store, then sent off to a third party, then a decision made at their discretion as to whether I can get a replacement and the a 2-4 week wait.  What a joke, when something is clearly falling to bits out of the box when the customer returns home from the store, you just swap it over.

Can't say too much, as I just popped in to grab a shock mount, but I thought the shop was very slick looking. The website has stock levels which ultimately led me to make the buy, and the price for what I'd admittedly a low cost item was very competitive.

Only place for sound gear. Range, prices and service always great, everyone happy to help out and they all use different gear for different purposes/genres of music so is always someone who can help you figure out what you need

Good customer service, very well laid out shop. Everything easy to find and staff happy to help. Price matched my dj controller with no drama. Recommended for all.
