JB Hi-Fi Carousel

One of the worst JB Stores I've been to... Let's start with the positives. These guys have great stuff, good quality items and a good amount of stock on several products. Any tech you need, 9/10 these guys will have it. Why am I rating it so low? Because of the god awful customer service. You can have the best tech in the world, but when you have employees that genuinely look like they don't want to be working there and put little to no effort in what they do and give you awful customer service, that's when you start getting under my skin. I've been to other JB stores and this is the only one that I've had an awful customer experience with... Even other JB stores have mentioned how bad the people here are at their job. Another reason is the downright incompetence. They sold me the wrong item, blamed it on the manufacturer Even though other stores had it correct. and then tried to give me a Gift card with "Store credit" instead of returning my money. Disappointing to say the least. Avoid this store and drive to the Cannington store a few blocks down, you'll have a much better customer experience.

I went into the store to price match a set of scales for $49 JB price is $69 so I got the item and took it to the counter where i spoke to Ashley I showed her about 4 or 5 other outlets that had item Australian non grey import stock and she rejected it and kept being backup by I didn't get his name but a young Asian guy so I left the scales with them and left the store. as soon as i walked out I went on the JB website and did a live chat with a guy named Michael he was able to price match it no questions asked and I put it through as a click and collect. 40 minutes later i pick it up and go back to the same counter and SPEAK TO ASHLEY she handballs me off to another lady who gave me the item and didn't say anything when i asked why JB online could match it and she couldn't. The customer experience wasn't really pleasant it was honestly a waste of 40 minutes hanging around the shopping centre for something that could've been done there and then and that i was entitled to according to the price match policy

I recently visited the JB Hi-Fi store in my area and was blown away by the selection and customer service. The store was clean and well-organized, and the staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for, and the prices were very competitive. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at JB Hi-Fi and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for electronics or home appliances. Thank you for the great service!

I asked for a refund for $89 for a poorly designed product and had my recipe with me. They asked for account verification and went through my personal details on my phone. They did not believe it my card and the store manager said i could be a fraud. I then had to purchase another item to get an invoice to prove it was the correct card I paid with. This all come from the store manager who was extremely arrogant and rude passive aggressive. The entire process took 45minutes of my time and the only excuse they came up with is that commonwealth bank is different from other banks and they do not match the card numbers.

My experience with JBHIFI always been great because of Bernard and he helped me few times plus learned very good product knowledge from him. A class customer service. Keep up the good work mate.

Customer service here is pretty lacking. I talked to a lady that seemed to be standing around to grab an item behind the locked cabinet for me. But she was just not interested in helping me at all, and said that she's not free to assist me.

Didn't feel like the staff were interested in helping since I have asking difficult questions about the product. They were suggesting rather than been knowledgeable of the product. Overall an okay experience

Very disappointed. Very racist staff. If I could, I would have given mines stars. Today in Boxing Day, in JB Hi-Fi - Carousel branch, we were to buy iPad Air for my son’s birthday, we choose the iPad Air, the staff brought/ showed and we agreed to buy. He went to bring the iPad and another customera woman came and wanted the same product. The staff went and after 15 minutes he came and said they don’t have the iPad anymore. We noticed he sold the iPad to the other customer who came after us btw we were the first to enter the store in Boxing Day the staff was so rude, no apologies, ignored us and waste our time. We felt very bad the whole day because of that rude and racist staff. Disappointed from the store management with this kind of staff and horrible treatment. Won’t EVER purchase from this store!

I wish I could give zero. The a-s-i-a-n salesman with spot on the front tooth was so rude. I went to buy a motorola phone, but he was pushing me to buy an expensive one. He was insulting me with silly questions such that why I am buying a cheaper phone. He was loud and rude. He expects everyone should buy iphone 14 pro max. I was utterly surprised and shocked that I never had such experience in any shop earlier. Frustrated me left the shop, crossed the road and bought my phone from Harveynorman that has some fantastic professional salesmen. I will never visit this jbhifi. Horrible experience.

I went to JB Hi-Fi Carousel WA to purchase a air fryer product number is 580918 your price is $349 and Harvey Norman sells it for $199 I did ask to price match this but the first lady I spoke to refused to do it for me and rudely told me to find someone else that can do it for us as she wont do it. I also found another guy working and showed him the proof of price on my phone that Harvey Norman sells this for a cheaper price and if he can price match it for me as the other girl refused to do so. He also refused to do this! Don't advertise that you can price match it if you dont and your staff at JB Hifi Carousel are way to rude! no good costumer service provided! everyone's at the back counter chitchatting while the store are full of customers waiting to get served! You guys are false advertising when it comes to price matching!
