Quite shocked and disappointed to be writing this review after i had been a loyal customer with you guys on countless occasions. i came to you guys with a water damaged iphone after you guys had done your free inspection you had come back to me with the information that the phone was in-fact damaged but repairable just parts needed to be ordered. few weeks later i had picked up the phone and the phone had still be doing the same thing once i re-charged it upon returning the next day and getting another inspection you advised me the phone was beyond repairable and that i needed a new phone. it was incorrectly diagnosed from original inspection you guys had then offered a full refund and gave me a business card to send through bank details witch i had done after countless messages and promises i still have not received my refund and all messages have been ignored i'm very disappointed with my customer service and will no longer be returning
Poor mannerism by owner. Would not recommend. Behaviour was absolutely unacceptable. Next time please inform us when we call you, you charge $99.00 without GST and add that to you Facebook post. I never said we won’t pay GST i said I called and you said $99.00 and never mentioned GST.
Phone fixed the next afternoon after dropping off at 3pm day before. Great service, very professional and felt like my product was in good hands.
Was quoted $20 for a repair report by the lady but was later told they misquoted, it's actually $49 - more than double! I hate making a fuss but decided to ask about this when I arrived to collect my phone. The young boy couldn't or wouldn't explain the price difference, telling me that it was just a mistake. He told me that the lady who quoted me was the boss and conveniently out of the office. But then he said she was new so didn't know the prices yet. I can understand a $5-10 mistake but $29? I left feeling like I got scammed. Good customer service at the start but very poor service and communication at the end. Maybe I should have refused to pay but in the end I got what I wanted so just be aware I guess.
Had an IPad generation 9 fixed here on 17/4/23. They repaired it very quickly with 2 hours. I had screen fixed and screen protector put on with affordable price.
Took my partner's s20fe here on 16/7/22 for a screen replacement. Phone was working perfectly for weeks it just had a cracked screen. Took it home after the replacement and realised the wifi and mobile data connected but didn't load anything. Spent 20+mins on another phone to him troubleshooting while he ademantly insisted it was not from the screen replacement. He then said he would speak to another technician and call me back then turned off his phone so I went back to his shop and he had already left 1.5hrs before his closing time. When I got back to his shop I even noticed the back of the phone had come loose and is hanging off now. Beyond appalling service.
So impressed with this service, everyone in the office uses them for their phone problems. Smashed mine yersterday and the screen wasn’t working at all got a quote from apple saying it was going at be $300-$350 and it would have to be sent away for a week. Emailed these guys was picked up and dropped off for me and fixed within 3hours and only cost me 70. Could not reccomend enough!
they replaced my battery. only negative is they added $5 to the price they quoted previously. I know it's just $5 but..... edit: representative got in touch and offered a full refund for the mistake. service is still cheaper than most places regardless and they did a great job.
