I took a friend in to the store at Carousel on 4/1/23 to have her phone checked. I don’t know the name of the young guy who served us, but his customer service skills were much appreciated. He was friendly, patient and good with explanations.
Phone clearly hot to touch. Customer Service plugged my phone in and then tells me my phone isn't over heating. I pick my phone up HAND it to the guy "assessing my phone" he promptly puts it down.. Phone was a little warmer the the laptop reported
My s21 all of a sudden had issues with any calls - incoming or outgoing, it would connect then drop out less than a second in. After a morning of troubleshooting in contact with Telstra chat, I thought it would be worth a visit to this store to rule out a hardware issue. Well worth my time - I was immediatly served and David very quickly ran diagnostics and provided his thoughts were this was a SIM issue. Provided this information, I visited the Telstra store on site and had the issue remidiated within the hour. Customer service was friendly, professional and prompt. I am very happy. Thanks
I bought the galaxy z fold 4 phone from Samsung a few weeks ago and I don't regret it at all. This phone is amazing and what's even more amazing are the features that are in this phone and I am very pleased with the changes they made after the z fold 3 phone and the phone looks very nice and luxurious so I definitely recommend buying the galaxy z fold 4.
Avoid Samsung guy named Kori, unprofessional ,inexperienced and not able to help you. My 6 month old Samsung under warranty had issue with mobile network , but Kori was focused with scratch on back. Result was, cosmetic job done non asked by me that costed $250, but mobile network problem not repaired Disappointed
Hello to everyone thinking about buying a Samsung Fridge, some advice, DON'T! Nearly 8 years ago we brought a Samsung double door fridge, with water dispenser and ice maker. Soon after buying we noticed that one crisper bin kept filling with water. Despite Samsung knowing about the fault, and asked for service and support on several occasions Samsung Australia have never fixed it, and refused to replace the unit, despite knowing about the fault in the product. So aside from the product caution for you, I have another, Samsung Australia customer service and product care is terrible, so if you need help, forget it.
Just a quick stop in, but the staff were all friendly and helpful, and I got the information I needed pretty easily. Samsung make good products across the board, and it's nice to see a Samsung specific shop available in a prominent location in a shopping centre.
Bought a 75” TV a week ago. After a day or two of use, it was already broken. Called Samsung, customer service wasn’t that good over the phone. Finally the repair guy came to my place to inspect the tv and now they have to replace sensors, whole screen etc. like it is one week old!! They have to take the TV with them to their shop to be repaired and get it back God knows when ! Not good enough Samsung. A TV from Aldi would have been every better to be honest. Extremely disappointed.
24 Oct 22 visited to switch all the apps and data from my mum's A20 to her new A13. What I didn't expect was to encounter Kori D, a staff member at this store. The most important reason for the A13 was so my Chinese Mum got more storage for her WeChat App. Kori's sheer persistence and quite incredible patience in ensuring that WeChat's entire chat history got transferred put's him up there with the rarest of the rare of God's angels. He spent nearly 1.5 hours helping me. No words bro God Bless U
Had no dramas with the service here. Most of the time there is a queue but moves relatively fast due to most people only buying accessories. They do not do any finance options at the store, so ended buying it online as you get a better deal. Hopefully they can rectify that to match their online service.
