Had a great experience shopping here at OW cannington. Arrived in the early morning so weren't many staff on yet. Approached Amanda at the registers, who was polite and helpful from the get go. I was looking for a price match on some phones and Amanda got right to it. She explained the process as she went through it make sure I was aware it takes a little bit of research and time to make sure price match was viable. Once it was approved it was a short wait to have someone bring phones down for purchase. After payment was complete I was bid a friendly farewell. I know price matching can be a bit tedious but it went through smoothly thanks to Amanda and her fantastic service skills.
Very disappointing experience.nI had to wait far too long to be served, and when I finally got help, the customer service was poor and unhelpful. The staff seemed uninterested and didn’t provide clear answers to my questions. It’s frustrating when such a big store can’t manage basic service efficiently. I hope Officeworks improves its staff training and customer support because this experience was very disappointing.
No reception in the store, so when they ask you to use the QR code to check which ink you need, it wont work. When you ask for help, you will be told that someone will come to help they wont. You will watch employees stack shelves while you wait, and when you ask for help all you need is someone to look something up they will say that they are understaffed and someone will come. No one does. After waiting for too long at least 20 mins, I left. In comparison, when I went to JBHIFI, someone was assisting me in seconds, and although they didnt have the ink I was looking for, they looked up which one I needed. I wont be going back to cannington officeworks even though they only have the ink, the staff there are very unhelpful and I do not want to support this store. Highly recommend avoiding this store as its a total waste of time if you need help. Try a different officeworks or JBHIFI
I had the task of getting my toddlers passport photo, which is always a mission. The cannington staff were very supportive and patient. Especially the lady who took the photo sorry I didnt catch her name! Can't thank her enough for working with me to get a great photo in the end. Thankyou!
Varieties of Items at good prices. I was in front of a tablet for a few minutes contemplating about buying and looked around but there was no staff that I could ask about it, so I decided not to buy in the end making me think they were a bit understaffed.
