These guys really do know what they are talking about so they are worth going to. If you compare the prices and add the fact that they are knowledgeable I think you will be happy with the service and the product. I worked in the industry for over 37 years but I can't be bothered making the effort to keep up these days because I am now officially old. The guys here save me a lot of trouble keeping up as they do the it themselves anyway. I also use PLE but I think that Austins in Cannington has the edge.

Got a laptop repaired there. The people were really friendly and told me the cost of everything upfront so that there were no surprises. No complaints.

They have the parts, sales and knowledge to build great desktop & gaming rigs, nothing to difficult.

Good quality tech, knowledgeable staff and good value for money. They're classic geeks so you'll probably need to know what you want.

terrible service, dodgy products.. they were dismissive, argumentative, and never took anything i said seriously, plus their main 'repair' technique was just to reinstall windows.. ended up taking it to someone else even though it was still under warranty, as they refused to work on it or refund my money.. worst tech shop experience of my life, avoid.. (edit: and when you have employees writing 5x star reviews for you, i'd suggest somethings not right..?)
