I came in today to pick up my click and collect from the sale yesterday and thought to get my wipers changed while I was there. The lovely guy at the front counter can't remember his name but it started with F and wore glasses apologised as it was so busy they were unable to fit them at that time, completely understandable!! Those guys did such a great job handling the chaos and especially that same guy at the front counter who kept his cool and dealt with another entitled and arrogant gentleman complaining about fitting wipers so professionally!!nKeep up the good work guys, heads down bums up attitude like this will get you far!!!!

Went in and asked for a part for my car- gave rego so it would be the accurate part. Thought it was a bit strange that when I got in my car I could see 2 of the guys Derek and another guy at the counter in my rearview mirror laughing and pointing at my car. They gave me the wrong part. I don't find this funny

This place the staff woman Lyn is very bad customer service. I feel very very bad today because of her actions and talking very rudely!! This staff woman Lyn has to be training to be good and kindness to the customers. Please training her in the future!! I do not recommend this place. I want to give this store more than -10nOther staffs are kindly and good customer service only the one woman Lyn is bad customer service and rude. And also when you ask for the  information she doesn’t have any knowledge and information and not answering to the customer. Very bad and very rude and unkindness Woman Staff Name is Lyn!!!!

I went in todaySunday the 19th of May to buy new wiper blades for my car and have then fitted.   They told me they couldn't do it...  Yet right in front of the counter it states they fit wiper, batteries and globes....   It also states on the web site they do these fittings.   They had enough staff to do the fitting....  Very poor service today...  I've had other times when they have done this, even when busier...  Poor management and lax staff..  Sorry but time for some staff changes and management changes...

Amazing service! Staff were friendly and helpful and made sure I was looked after, leaving with the correct item that I needed and a smile on my face it was happy days  Highly recommend SuperCheap Auto, Canning Vale! Thanks again guys for all your help.
