Awesome. Shop,friendly staff. If they don't answer the phone it's because they are busy serving customers in store. As you should know by now...customer's in store trump customer's on phone. First in best dressed. The staff are up to date with releases and games. always get an awesome response when asking about games or merch. Keep it up guys.

EB Games willeton is my favourite store as the team lead by Raels is the best so helpful and always friendly to me and my family. Always purchase games from there.

Service is seriously bad, the woman never answer your question when you ask why, the other members service was okay but just the woman manager is gaving the terrible service experience to everyone especially if you are young
