3:15pm 07/5/2025 , bought cigarettes from a staff member in front of the cigarette desk. She glanced at me standing in line, and her attitude was unpleasant from the beginning to the end. Her tone was mixed with irritation, and her expression and tone were below-average rudeness.
Came in this morning with my kids and mum. No greeting i even said hello and no answer. I asked if i could get bags for the small items and all i got was an eyeroll and a big sigh! Ignorning that i put all the items in the conveyer belt and seen that the lady had put all the heavy things in one bag that she could barely lift up and put on the next bench. I said to leave it there and that im happy to do the packing myself. Very slow service and not one smile! Very bad experience! Dont think i wanna come in anymore unfortunately…
This morning on 7th December 2024 I was selectively ignored by a staff at the self check out counter.nAs she was standing at the exit way she didn't utter a single word only to kindly greet the next patron extensively on the way out. I don't smell nor dress inappropriately but it felt like somehow I had something undeserving within me .nTell your staff not to be selective and greet everyone unconditionally.nInstead of being a bloody toser.
Woolworths are greedy corporate pirates! It may seem like a small mistake but this is at corporate level and across all stores! Check out grams and coat per gram. Do NOT trust their math skills! Or their honesty!
Rude staff at self checkout AGAIN!!!
