Re: Google Review Failed (WRONG STORE!)

Thank you for leaving us your thoughts on a recent shopping experience you were very much let down. We are totally feeling sorry that you had to go through such awful customer services, let alone over a plastic bag on your request for being a loyal customer for so many years. 

However, we deeply believe you might have mistaken us with the store you have been shopping with over the past 7 years. Here's just a few quick clarifications:

a) We NEVER trade on Sunday as 23rd July, was a Sunday.  Our store is situated opposite to the Woolworths in the shopping centre near the Hoyts cinema. If you have not yet had a chance to come and pay us a visit for the past many years please do so because we are always generous on our plastic bags :)

b) We also DO NOT have the per mentioned overweight lady in our store. 

We would love to welcome an opportunity to be at your service if you have the time to shop at our store during the week.

Yesterday afternoon on 23 July 2017 I had a very bad experience at the store. The sale assistance did not want to give me a plastic shopping bag. She told me they are trying to save on the shopping bags. As low as that !  And may I ask you people why was it me she did not like ? That is discrimination of the customers. I have been shopping at your store for the last 7 years. But that very much overweight woman ( does not match a "Healthy food store"'. What do you think ? Nothing personal. Just does not match.) made me feel so bad. I believe she is working in a wrong industry. If you are trying to save on the shopping bags then I will save my money by not shopping at your store anymore. I do not like to be treated like this.

I was served by (as the receipt states) Olga. It was a horrible experience, she was extremely rude and unhelpful. She spent her time staring at me whilst I shopped and when I approached the counter did not converse with me at all. She didn't even tell me how much my purchase came to, instead she waited for me to hand her the money. Her attitude was disgusting and you should reevaluate letting her be the face of your store. I won't be back.
