Apple Garden City Perth

After spending a considerable amount of money at this store there is a lack of expertise to solve issues as they come up. Unable to book a time and after lining up for 10mins best solution was to come back in the morning and put my name down on a list for a variable time they would be free. This is not the service I expect for this brand. I have been loyal for a long time and that is about to wane.

Bad service multiple times, but i have learnt my lesson and will take my business elsewhere. Sales reps blasting past you to serve attractive girls further back in the queue...repeatedly. Double booking you with another customers. Wanting to cut your appointment short to serve the next customer - despite being late to your appointment.

I got msg that the Genius Bar is ready for my appointment, then I had to wait another 20 min. and they still hadn’t seen me so I took off because I couldn’t wait any longer! Very bad organised stuff and poor communication. Very disappointed.

First time in an Apple store and I have to say that being dressed for hard work with a 3 day growth, the staff here have been superb. Props to Andrew of the Business team. Nothing is too much trouble, everything is a possibility including sourcing a near impossible iPhone X 256Gb. Kudos to the Apple Corporation for such a delightful personable shopping experience. 5 Stars...

From the moment I entered the store till I left I was served by very pleasant and helpful staff. This has not always been my experience. At the Genius Bar Alex was unbelievably helpful and patient. Thank you, Alex.
