I had such a quick, easy and great experience grabbing a Mac charger today at Apple Booragoon. As I walked in and looked around for a moment, Roisin came up and let me know, very kindly, that if I needed anything at all, that they were around to help me out. We ended up making nice conversation, and I felt like I wasn’t treated like just another customer. Really great service by a very cool person.

My 2 yrs iPhone 13 battery is swelling which causes the bending on the screen and potential explosion anytime, the apple online IT support states it’s a apple manufacture defect and I’m eligible for a free battery. But these clowns in this shop told me there is nothing they can do and it’s not their business, and ask me to buy a new phone in store. I understand you want more sales but is this the quality guarantee of apple? Is this how apple treat customer? I been with iPhone products since iPhone 4 came out, I swear this crap iPhone is my last one, byebye!!!

I had such a great experience at the Apple Store in Booragoon today!  Had to share the experience!nnMy iPhone has been playing up recently.  Restarting all the time etc.  I managed to obtain a Genius Bar appointment just a few hours ahead of my looking.nnArrived to be nicely greeted.  The staff member who checked over my phone was very thorough and explained everything.  My phone needed a lot of its insides replacing!!!  Cost was going to be $1077, but surprisingly the phone has a two year warranty in Australia, thanks to Australian Consumer Law.  So the repairs were going to be free. Phone was 23 months old - phew!!nnI then worried how long I'd be without my phone for such a big repair.  Only three hours it turns out!  Amazing!  What's more, everything that was replaced, including the battery, is guaranteed for a further two years from repair.nnEveryone was super polite, friendly and very knowledgeable.  Hope the staff members get to see this report - great work Apple Booragoon!

I’ve used Apple products for years and always been satisfied, but my recent customer service experience was shockingly bad. The staff were arrogant and rude. Apple products are expensive, and part of the premium price is the expectation of excellent customer service ….this was far from it.

I cannot believe that anyone would/could find fault with Apple Store in Booragoon. I take classes and have bought products and had the Staff solve occasional problems.nThe Lessons are Fantastic for whatever Session you need. Friendly,Helpful, Professional, Patient and Respectful at all times. It’s a great feeling to come and go. Well done Staff. Jean M.
