JB HI-FI always gives an excellent price, either though their sales or price matching. Their returns policy is great when you're having trouble with an item. Service is the only thing I can pick on with the quality of service depending on who you're talking to and the amount of staff available.

Went to this shop the other day with my small dog sitting inside my shirt!!! She is a medical dog but the guy portended he is taking a photo of her because she is cut but reported me to security and I was stopped in the middle of the shop by security guards in front of a lot people!!  I did explain to them but totally unnecessary!! Could have stopped being a fake person and ask straight why am I there with a dog!! I would have explained for sure!!! The staff are never available to ask questions but certainly available to be nosy!!! I found that extremely unprofessional!!

Went to JB Hi-Fi and had the pleasant experience of being served by Jeremy. The shop is packed with a huge variety of electrical equipment and associated products, all at very reasonable prices. Jeremy was very attentive and made selecting my purchases very easy with his knowledge and enthusiasm to assist. Products were very well priced and in one case cheaper than the manufacturers store. There are many a gift idea for the tech head and plenty of staff willing to assist. Highly recommend having a look here.

I wanted to ask questions but there was no one I could see too ask. A bit like Bunnings and Spotlight really but for electronics. They're okay if you already know what you want and where to find it.

I needed a copy of my digital receipt and went online and completed the request form. I received the link to my dig receipt in less than 5 minutes and a call from Erin from Booragoon to check it had all been received.nAmazing service and Erin was friendly and profesh. Thank you so much.
