Big store plenty of choices lots of stuff to help you find what you need especially with Chrissy coming up I wanted a WiFi speaker and got one and half the price of Harvey Norman and retro look to Fit SIM with my other furniture even the kids are using it for their Dungeons and Dragons background music.

Place an order online, got the run around with which store to pickup. When ordering online I asked the item to be sent to Booragoon. Got a contact from Jbhifi to go to Claremont then got a phone call a week later after I lodge a complaint to pick up my item at Booragoon. Went to the store and saw the manager, said will look after me then waiting 15 to 20 minutes THEN I saw him serving someone else. Left the store disappointed and without my item. Such poor service from online team and Booragoon team. Next time I'll just go to the store and get it myself since online team could not provide a reasonable service.

Quite bad customer service, Ive tried buying a few things at this store over the years and they have not changed there employees don't know what they are talking about and it takes so long to find someone and when I do they are hardly even helpful. I think that this store should have better training for the team members and some mystery shoppers so that they can test how the employees deal with the customers.
