Has the most amazing and helpful team! Came in for an issue with my headphones yesterday, Sky assisted me with my warranty and was so incredibly friendly and patient, and made the process so easy and stress-free. Kirsten Kristen? then proceeded to serve me at the checkout and was the most cheerful, friendly person with such a contagious smile that made my day. Worth the trip up there, coming back soon!
The staff were efficient, friendly and easy to deal with when it came to a repair issue I had with a PS5 that had to be sent back to the manufacturer twice. Great store setup.
Came in to grab a new Macbook Air and was blown away by Liberty's service. She had answers to every single question I came in asking, and gave me advice I could trust based on seriously thorough product knowledge as well as her own opinion. She remained so patient with me, even when I had issues with payment.nDefinitely would return :
I bought a pair of Beats last year. They ended up being faulty so I took them back to JB Hifi for a refund as I bought another pair/model from them in December.nnI was told I was only entitled to a repair and that I had to deal with Apple directly - as they own Beats. They even pulled out a JB Hifi pamphlet that set out that I was only entitled to repair.nnI pulled out the government website that set out my consumer rights including the right to a refund, repair or replacement, and that it was unlawful for JB Hifi to direct me to deal with the manufacturer directly.nnOnly at this point was I offered a refund onto a gift card. This was fine as I was going to buy a phone. The sales associate said they could discount the phone cover, but the manager didn't honour that.
Always fantastic customer service but the biggest shoutout goes to Rachel who is one of the managers at JB Hifi Claremont. Her professionalism in dealing with my faulty coffee machine was next level when the manufacturer had no interest in assisting. Thank you for creating such an outstanding outcome and as I mentioned during the process - regardless of the outcome I was so impressed with the service I received from Rachel and her team.
