I’ve been a regular customer at JB Hi-Fi Claremont as they have always provided excellent service and value for money. My recent experience though, was outstanding. Mitch went over and above to help me replace my less than 2 year old mobile which had serious battery melt -down issues  losing charge, chemical smell, battery bulge. His helpfulness and advice throughout the whole process helped resolve the situation easily and quickly. I’m also super happy with my new mobile.

I had such a fantastic experience thanks to Oliver. He first helped us when we were purchasing an Apple Watch for my daughter and was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.nnI came back again today to get a case, and once again Oliver was there and just as helpful. He remembered us, offered great advice, and went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after.nnCustomer service like this is rare — Oliver is an absolute credit to the store. We definitely were indulged with 5Star Service from a young man at JB Hi-Fi Claremont Quarter today 2nd March 2026 his name is Skye but not sure of the spelling. Thank You Skye - you were amazing - fantastic knowledge, customer service over and above what we could ever have expected.

Extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism at this location. I was quoted $1,300 by an employee for a clearance laptop and told them I’d be back to finalize the purchase. Based on that verbal agreement, I went ahead and sold my old laptop so I could afford the upgrade.nn​When I returned later, they refused to honor the price. The manager stepped in and claimed the price was actually $1,700, essentially a $400 hike.nn​It is incredibly scammy to lure customers in with uneducated or unauthorized quotes only to have management hike the price at the finish line. Because I trusted their word, I am now left without a laptop for school and can't afford a replacement because they won't stand by their own staff's word.nn​If you're looking for a store that actually keeps its promises, go elsewhere. This place will waste your time and leave you hanging.
