Dropped in to listen to some audio equipment & Dan and his team were so welcoming and had some totally amazing systems set up in various listening rooms. They listened to our needs and what we were looking for and demonstrated some really good equipment, which we hadn't previously considered. Dan eventually demonstrated some equipment which we were blown away, both my wife and I felt we hadn't heard anything that sounded so good before and are now seriously considering a purchase. They also had some really affordable DAC's and other brands which I hadn't seen any other business having available in Perth. The high-end systems were incredible. I can definitely recommend Addicted to Audio for your listening needs.
100 recommend! I ordered a Yamaha amp online. Really helpful staff and also knowledgeable too about the products. Shipping was very reasonably priced and even being in Albany WA, the delivery was way faster than I hoped for.
I describe the store as gracious. Thank you for the listening session. Appreciate that you allow people to sit and simply listen. As a professional business, you require the patience to allow people to hear sound and you do that well. Golly, the Utopia in the demo room is tight, wide, deep, musical, and non-fatiguing. Those musicians may as well have been in that room. Honestly, I didn't think I'd get off that couch. I was in a trance. Lucky for me, there wasn't another song in the queue. The silence literally broke the sonic weight of high fidelity that had me firmly planted there. I don't think I can unhear what I heard. That's a problem. Nice work.

Very dishonest business. Was seeking a credit for a pair of headphones that I bought where the price was lowered but got rejected saying that they don’t provide credit. However went on to provide credit to someone else and kept denying saying they did not do so. Suggest you shop elsewhere instead of supporting them.
Beautiful shop with loads of speakers and headphones on display. They seem to specialise in Focal and Naim, so expect a bit of salesmanship. The demo rooms are great and the customer service was polite and professional.
They were great over the phone when I asked about headphone DAC/AMPS. Then when I went in they set up two alternative products connected to my phone and matched my headphones so I could compare them properly. Very friendly and helpful staff who know their audio.
very friendly staff when spending your hard earned money. unit you buy a faulty item then things change. they are not so helpful. avoid focal products!
In terms of product range and demonstration capabilities, this store has fantastic quality products which are difficult to source in store elsewhere in this state. In terms of customer service, it depends on who’s serving as to whether you feel welcome or comfortable asking questions about hi-fi hardware or not to the point where it can be a deterrent to shop here the first time I put down to the staff member having a bad day -we all have those-. Subsequent visits however proved their attitude to be consistently gruff, intimidating and discourteous, irrespective of your own demeanour or competency on the given subject. Communications have been poor also where a product was either out of stock or ordered in to the point where the given items needed to be sourced elsewhere. I believe in supporting local businesses and am glad there is a dedicated audiophile store in WA, however unless you need it on short notice or a physical demonstration, I recommend buying from their online store.
We are very lucky to have a store like Addicted to Audio here in Perth. The staff are very knowledgeable and happy to offer up their thoughts and advice. The range of products is exceptional. I love that I can come in and just sit in a quiet room while sampling headphones and amps.
