Just what to give a massive thumbs up to Jonathan at JB Hi Fi Armadale W. A. He was knowledgeable and very patient with me. Quickly and happily dealt with my request. Hope you appreciate what a great asset he is to your company... All customer service staff should be like him. Thank you Jonathan it was a pleasure dealing with you T :)

Horrible service especially with the ladies behind the counter, loud rude and complaining about work hours which half the shop can hear then when asked a question were not interested in customer service and made you feel guilty about disturbing them. Avoid much better jb hifi around than this one.

Unbelievably helpful sales staff and technical gurus willing to go the extra mile to solve our streaming issues and steer us through our technology confusion! Very special thanks to James and tech nerd Dave for their willing exploration of options to give us a user freindly and cost effective result. It was really nice to receive fantastic customer service with a smile - cannot recommend highly enough.
