You can’t really go wrong at jb Hi-Fi.nnMy experience was perfect, got what I needed 3 for the price of 2 DVDs were on special.nnThey need to have the DVD specials on a more regular basis though.nnNo Q got served and left.
We had a wonderful experience! I didn’t catch the name of the lovely young lady in the back who helped us, but she went above and beyond for my husband, who uses a wheelchair. She was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of, even speaking to him at eye level, which was really thoughtful. We came in feeling stressed but left with smiles on our faces. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely be back soon!
Received amazing service from a salesperson named Adi. Looked after me and gave me exactly what I needed. And knew the product so he was credible. Will go back there looking for him as he built trust.
I’ve always opted to going to either Cockburn or Cannington but decided to give Armadale a try, and safe to say I really made the right choice. As soon as I entered the store I felt welcomed and was greeted, but the service I received from Al was nothing short of phenomenal and was probably my main answer.nnhe was such fun and positive person who I could have an amazing chat with, he answered each of my questions and if he didn’t know the answer or was unsure of anything he went and triple check the right info for me. He gave me a whole run down tvs and there offers in a simple yet effective way.nnOverall, Al’s a legend and I’ll be sure to come back to JB Armadale again!
Always friendly and helpful except for one arrogant male that works out the back. He needs to learn how to speak to customers and learn a bit of respect.
