Hoyts Norwood sets the benchmark for cinemas in Adelaide. Super comfy recliners, an unreal XtremeScreen, and an overall experience that actually feels premium. I don’t hand out 5-star ratings often, but compared to most cinemas around Adelaide, this one is easily one of the best I’ve been to.nnThe recliner seats are very comfortable and the fact they’re standard across the cinemas is a huge win. Plenty of space, easy to settle in, and perfect for longer films.nnThe XtremeScreen is outstanding. We watched the latest Avatar in 3D and it was a brilliant experience. Crisp visuals, powerful sound, and the kind of setup that reminds you why the cinema still matters.nnPopcorn was fresh and delicious. Toilets were clean and well maintained, which always says a lot about how a place is run.nnFriendly staff and everything ran smoothly from start to finish.nnAn all-round excellent cinema experience. Comfortable, modern, well run, and consistently delivers. Easily one of Adelaide’s best cinemas and well worth choosing over most others.
The staff are extremely friendly and the recliner seats are very comfortable, making it a cinema I'd like to visit again.
This is my local but also my favourite SA cinema. In a great complex with lots of food options for before or after the movies. Hoyts staff are usually all friendly, with good candy bar options. Has around 9 cinemas and a really good selection of movies. I am there at least once a week and with the 4 hours free parking, it's super easy to visit and park.
Great cinema which is an easy 10 minute bus ride from the city. Comfortable reclining chairs with great friendly staff. Can’t get better with half price Tuesdays!
Staff knew little about their own voucher system which took us long until supervisor showed up.nToilets aren't very clean...nWe loved the recliner seats tho!
