The cheap tickets are the saving grace here. Seats were old, and difficult to identify what numbers the seats are and the screen had legitimate 2 holes in it which were very obvious and distracting.nnStaff didn't know their own combo prices and overcharged but the popcorn was warm and salty though.
2nd star is only fair due to the cheap ticket price and decent enough customer service at the snack bar/reviewing our previously purchased online tickets. Aside from this, this cinema was disgusting and uncomfortable. We were in cinema 7 on a very quiet Monday night. The chairs were filthy, old and uncomfortable. The food scraps and rubbish between the chairs was extreme. Not just a piece of popcorn here and there, but all of the gaps between all of the chairs were full of rubbish and food - to the point of being hesitant to even sit on the chairs. Thorough clean is desperately needed. I won’t be back.
Gold class and the cinema screen has blue dots all through it. Pity when you pay so much to go out to see a movie that these things aren’t addressed. Raised it with staff and they said it has been this way for a while
I would give this cinema more stars but the sound is really lacking compared to other cinemas around town. Comfy seats in titan luxe but just not enjoyable when you struggle to hear dialogue. Watching Oppenheimer at Marion Vmax and Norwood Hoyt’s was much better when it came to sound. Have had other friends have the same complaint about the sound quality.
Love this place! Comfortable chairs. Great staff & great coffee! Excellent choice too see a movie as a date with your partner or with your family!
