Excellent customer service, and clean cinema. Tickets are $9-$10 depending if you have a cinebuzz membership. Sometimes the other cinema guests can be a pain in the butt and inconsiderate I don’t want to smell your feet next to my face, but that goes anywhere you’re going to get a room filled with people I guess. Amazing cinema loyalty program too!
The movie cinema is quite neat and clean with great affordable price for members. We loved it.

been going here since i was young. nice cozy cinemas, the seats arms actually move for comfort!! the screens are big and the temperature is warm to enjoy a nice homey feel while watching the newest movies. photo booth is a bit pricey but the games are great, like the air hockey!! not a massive popcorn fan myself, but theirs is nice and buttery. :
Seats really need upgrade...when compared to other cinemas....otherwise it is very good
I booked the ticket online and I still had to print the ticket again to get inside the theatre. Would be nice if they just scanned and let us in with the digital copy. The staffs were really friendly and the cinema was clean. Seating area and sound system both were good. Enjoyed my time there.
It was very small in the one we went to. There was no leg room and the seats didn't go back at all. The drink holder was to small for the promotional cups and my leg cramped half way through the movie, I couldn't stand up because I don't want to disturb people behind me, so it was not a good experience. Pricing for tickets are good but the food and drinks are way to expensive.
Wasn't overly clean, chairs are 'scratchy, itchy' material. Not a huge selection of snacks. We prepaid so luckily didn't have to wait in line. No usher/ticket checker to tell you which cinema screen to go to. Toilets were dirty and smelly too. Was a quiet cinema which was nice.
Get the Event Cinemas App if you come here regularly. Cinema tickets will be $10 all year around + a $1.50 booking fee. Also, for $16 you can get the ticket/small popcorn/small drink equal to a McDonald’s Large. The cinema feels a tad dated compared to other Event Cinemas or GU Filmhouse around SA and is the only one labelled Greater Union. However, the discounted ticket price makes it a better value proposition. From memory, this place opened around 1999 so the screen pitch is reasonable and the seating is still in good condition.
