Good parking available and Westfield Marion shopping centre has it all. Event Cinema is on the upper floor with a good view of shops and cafes downstairs.nSeniors club price a bonus every day.nThere's also the special Gold Club and Vmax viewing.nVisited this place last week.nGood supply of snacks and drinks available at an extra cost.nSadly toilet not clean and there was no toilet paper available. This was quite disappointing.nThere used to be a Big display with all screens and show timings which was missing too.nOn the whole a nice experience. Give it a try. Change is inevitable
Renovated V max screen 1 was great. Mightily impressed with Dolby 7.1 surround sound. Excellently programmed! Base was thumping and it packs a punch. Seats were wide and comfy. Screen was massive, 4K laser projection looked crisp.nnProbably the best screen in Adelaide at the moment. Technically sound and exceeded my expectations. Will be returning for sure.
We had a fantastic experience in Gold Class! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the drinks were great. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special shoutout to our wonderful server, Courtney—she went above and beyond to take care of us and truly made the night feel special. Highly recommend!
Had a fantastic Gold Class experience at Marion Event Cinemas! The seats are roomy and incredibly comfortable, perfect for settling in and enjoying the movie. The food service was impeccable, with reasonable portion sizes and great presentation. The food packages offer good value for two people, making it an enjoyable and special experience—whether you're out with friends or a loved one. Definitely worth it for a premium cinema night!
4/5nGreat movie experience at Marion!nnThe cinema is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The seats are cozy and recline well, especially in the V-Max and Gold Class sections. The sound and screen quality are excellent, and it really enhances the movie experience.nnStaff were friendly and helpful, especially at the ticket counter and snack bar. The snack prices are typical for cinemas—pretty expensive—but the popcorn and frozen drinks were fresh and tasty.nnThe only downside is that it can get really busy on weekends, especially during school holidays, so pre-booking is recommended. Bathrooms could also use a bit more regular cleaning during busy hours.nnOverall, it’s one of the best places in Adelaide to catch a movie. Plenty of food options nearby inside Westfield Marion if you want a meal before or after the show!
