Took our 7 months old pup here twice for day care. Both times we collected her she whined and smelt. The first visit I asked how she went and was provided a 'I don't know'. The second visit we noticed urine and faeces in the room which had not been cleaned. Having looked through earlier reviews, this seems to be a consistent theme. We found it unusual that she whined and had so much energy at the end of the day. I should preface that she is an extremely social dog and we frequent dog parks several times a week. YMMV but we have taken her multiple times to various other day cares and she has always been content and happy at pickup. In our last pickup we found her cowering in the corner and no other handler in the room. I generally don't post reviews, but in this case I felt the experience should be shared with others. You might be better off leaving your dog at home. It seems like it comes down to under staffing with little active attention paid to the interaction of dogs and their hygiene.

I have used Hanrob a few times now and always picked up a happy, clean dog. They are the first kennel I have ever used, in 45 years of dog ownership I have never trusted anyone else with the care of any of my dogs. I am so glad I made the decision to try Hanrob as kennels do come in handy on occasion and I can leave her there and not worry at all as she is in excellent hands, the staff are great and very knowledgeable on dog care and health. I HIGHLY recommend them and so does my dog.

Took my husky here, well fed, well looked after dog.. I got him back anorexic. I'd never take my pet here ever again. Also has a bad cough now and has to be taken to the Vet. Terrible experience if i could give this a 0 Star i would.

Not sure about boarding, but I did take my dog their to train because she gets jealous when I pet other dogs. I was told on the phone that there will be lots of other dogs and she will be trained well. But all I did was wasted my money. They brought 1 dog out and I showed them what my dog does and that’s it. They didn’t train nothing. I was expecting more in that session. Didn’t get a single tip on what to do to stop that behaviour. I would not recommend this place for training. Was a total waste of money.

Friendly professional staff who looked after my dog well. Great location right next to the airport, and long opening hours so I can drop off/pick up in line with my flights. This contrasts with most other kennels nearby who have limited opening hours which usually means an extra day or so stay either side of my trip as their access hours are so restrictive. No such problem with Hanrob who really seem to have aimed their service to meet their customer's needs, not the other way around with their competitors.
