It was the first time l.had even stayed there. The staff & service was fantastic, the food was amazing, you could even order in the bistro food or drinks and take them back to your room. They also had room service. You can get a shuttle bus to the airport & pick you back up when you return. You can also leave your car there while you go on your holiday. They make life so easy. The pool was heated, which was great for me. The place had a relaxing vibe about it. I absolutely loved this place. I will be back, that's for sure.
This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.nnThey provide rooms where the doors do not close properly, making security no different from sleeping outside.nDue to the poor security of the room and the unpleasant experience with the front desk staff, I requested a refund upon checkout. They asked me to send the request via email, which I did.nHowever, I received no response for nearly a week and had to call to follow up. Even after I replied to their email, I had to wait another week for a response and had to call again.nnI was extremely disappointed with everything—the poorly maintained room, the unhelpful front desk staff, and their lack of concern for guests.nTheir customer service shows no respect for guests. Staying at this hotel comes with the risk of robbery, assault, or other crimes.nI strongly advise against staying here—it’s a complete waste of money.
Affordable, nice, clean, very comfortable bed. Convenient courtesy shuttle to & from airport.nHad both lunch & dinner in their restaurant, both food & service were good. Nice swimming pool.
Great location for getting to the airport.nnRooms are adequate for a 1 night stay. Requested awake up call, still waiting.nHad dinner at the Bistro, disappointment all the way. Couldn’t understand the man taking orders, he really wasn’t interested in answering questions. Good was mediocre at best.
My mum & I stayed here on our way layover couldn’t fault the service & shuttle bus to and from the airport very easy. Staff were lovely beds comfy and room clean. on our way back we stayed again & again everything was great however on check out we encountered the Worst customer service ever! The lady walked out as we were approaching to have a smoke we handed our key to a lovely housekeeper the lady came back in stinking of smoke and gave us a proper telling off for doing so. Then got really angry when I didn’t know the housekeepers name. Omg lady I don’t work there I was a ‘guest’
