Our family used this hotel before our trip to Tokyo, l really wasn't expecting too much because of the location but the place was very well kept, clean and the staff were amazing.nnI couldn't hear planes from the room and the location was perfect for our early flight the next morning.nnI can't complain at all.nnHighly recommended if you have an early flight and don't want to deal with crazy traffic.
Fantastic to be able to sleep longer. checkout seamless and to be able to go down in lifts and walk across the road a winner.nHad room service food was amazing . This hotel comes with a price but well worth the ease of proximity to airport would recommend if you can afford it.
Great refurbished rooms, comfortable and great airport/runway reviews while still having terrific sound insulation. Staff are friendly, particularly the team in the breakfast buffet. A great hotel in a convenient location.
When a hotel can rely on delayed guests by airlines I guess they can let standards slip. I paid $345 for a king room i stayed in for 4 hours and the room was not set up properlynNo shampoo or soap. Also 2 coffee pods for an in room machine is just mean. I think generosity and attention to detail make a hotel especially when guests are coming in hot from flight changes and disappointment. It was disappointing on top of disappointment.
Lovely hotel, such a great location but the noise! It’s not the planes either! It’s the stomping and lack of sound proofing around the doors and windows - you can hear everything at 11 o clock at night. Huge hotel so doors closing every few minutes, every conversation in the hall, all the cars outside and beeping. Do not stay here if you want to get some sleep oi vey.
