Had a relaxing stay at this Hyatt. A smaller property - but all facilities new and comfortable. Great location between our factory and the city and also the airport. Special thanks to Gareth at the Front Desk who was not only friendly and courteous, but thoroughly professional. Food options for a quick snack or a big meal good too. Will definitely stay again.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Place Melbourne Essendon Fields! It’s a perfect spot for an overnight stay when traveling from Melbourne. My flight was delayed by about 9 hours, and the hotel graciously extended my stay until 7:30 PM without charging for an extra day.nnThe service was excellent, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The quiet environment made for a restful night. A special thanks to Jude, the manager, who went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of, especially since my wife is pregnant.nnHighly recommended hotel!

I wasn’t expecting much from my hotel stay, but the Hyatt exceeded all my expectations. We were initially worried about our late flight at 9 PM and how an early checkout might complicate things. However, Gareth, the manager, kindly upgraded us to a late checkout, which was incredibly helpful and took away so much stress. The experience was fantastic, and I’d definitely return to stay at the Hyatt in the future. Highly recommend!nnThe room was AMAZING!!! And free coffee and tea -Loved it

Location was good.nNo undercover carpark.nCustomer service was terribly slow.nThe room was clean, however, it was extremely small.nTrying to book a room was an absolutely horrible and unprofessional experience. Management upgraded the room, however, the room was very disappointing.nIt was an extremely cold night and there was no extra blankets in the room, therefore, had to call house keeping at 3am for blankets, which was not great.nHad to call twice for shower towels as there was only 2 towels and a face towel provided.nA very disappointing experience and have decided to cancel all future bookings.

Was on tour in Australia and missed a flight at Melbourne airport. Hyatt Place was a perfect hotel for this situation.nClose to the airportnFree shuttle service to and from the airport.nnThe rooms and common areas are very nice, comfortable and relaxed.nnThe staff is wonderful and helpful.nnThanks a lot for a wonderful stay.
