The shuttle service was excellent seeing the late time in the evening I arrived. Small, but perfectly adequate, clean room in a quiet place I requested. Appreciated the full disclosure on the room service charge! The compendium in the room was also helpful. The staff on reception were more than happy to organise the shuttle to drop me at the railway station the next morning, free of charge. Rates were also a lot cheaper than other airport hotels.
I don't normally leave reviews, but felt this one was worthy to other travellers looking for a short stay and at a very affordable price. Super clean room, very friendly 24 hour desk and the free shuttle bus to and from the airport is a huge win. Ill definitely be coming here again for my next short stay.
We reached at midnight due to a delayed flight. Thankfully they were very responsive even via email and we were able to arrange for the free pick up from the airport to the hotel. The beds were very decent and the rooms clean. The only thing was the noise outside the room when others wake up early to leave because there wasn't much soundproofing.nnStill, we had a good stay. If u need somewhere to stay just for late flights or early morning flights, this hotel suffice.
The name of Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport does not lie. If you looked at the definition of quality in the dictionary, this hotel would come up. It is in a nice location very close to Melbourne Tullamarine Airport where you can view the passing planes but not be affected by their noise. The rooms are clean, tidy and spacious and the service is on point.
Definitely the place to stay if you want to be close to the airport. Rooms were clean and very nice, staff extremely friendly and helpful, and the bonus is the complimentary shuttle bus to take you to the airport. Plenty of eating options within walking and distance.
