Recently used this company's carrier service to transport 4 cats from Melbourne to Perth. I give them only two stars, one for their efficient ticket booking, and one for my cats did actually come back home, and that's all.

Dogtainers told me to pick my fur kids up at a specific time at the airport, but didn't give me the airbill number, an emergency contact number or anything. When I arrived, I saw the 4 crates behind the gate and my cats shivering. I had nothing to collect them, feeling so depressed. I have my passport and driving license with me, but they just didn't work. I asked the cargo person that I could show her the emails I made an enquiry of Dogtainers. She hesitated a bit but finally let my 4 cats go.

When we got home, one of my cats had an asthma attack because of being too nervous on the plane. I reminded Dogtainers on the booking form of the collection of the puffer, AeroKat. Without the puffer, there was nothing we could do but rushed the cat to the ER, which cost us thousands of dollars. We understood the PEQ facility threw away the medication imported from overseas after quarantine, but how about the puffer? We confirmed with PEQ and the facility people said the puffer was in its box and was placed on the crate on the release day. Dogtainers said they knew nothing about it, and acted like they had nothing to do with it. 

I am quite surprised at their positive feedback online. That's the reason I chose using their service. There is no way for me to recommend them to anyone. Your fur family deserves better.

Moved two cats from Melbourne to London, great service no issues all went very well. Dogtainers sent photos and emails very happy with the service, it was a little bit more than some of the others but far better service than i go last time i used Pet expressing.
