I don't normally give reviews but PETS was really fantastic to deal with. It was a very last minute decision to ship my puppy on 29 Mar but PETS lived up to the challenge! They are very aware of all the regulations in Singapore and walked me through the process and reminded me of the risks if certain things are not done by certain dates etc. Jasmyn was great to deal with and was prompt in her replies. During the puppy short stay in Melbourne, they sent regular updates with photos of my puppy. It was a stress-free experience for me. I would definitely recommend anyone who wants to ship their pets to use PETS within and import/ export out of Australia! Thank you once again.

We always felt confident of a,good outcome. Ashlea,was,very friendly,professional and thorough. She showed a,great interest in our 16 year old dog Lilly. 
Her,transport was,successful. Communication was,great with the,Pet,agent in Sri Lanka.
Thoroughly recommend!!!

Fantastic service, couldn't ask for better. Haider was great from the very beginning of our long process to bring our dog back to Australia from Canada. He answered all my (many!) Emails quickly and handled everything effortlessly. The process was smooth and having PETS look after everything on the Australian side and advise us on the Canadian side of things relieved a lot of stress and worry for me. Soss arrived safe and happy in Perth. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending PETS to anyone, and would absolutely use them again in the future. Thank you again Haider and the team at PETS!😊

I dealt with Shania from start to finish and she is amazing.  A real asset to the company.  All email and phone exchanges were informative.  Each time it felt like speaking to a good friend.  I am so glad I chose this company to care and transport my cat Penny from Melbourne to Brisbane.  I chose door to door service and it worked a treat, all staff members friendly yet professional.  Shania sent me photos of Penny as there were a couple of weeks before I could take her into her new home.  Highly recommend this service.  Definitely 5-Star.

This is my first time relocating a pet and Pet Express could not come more highly recommended. They ensured my Corgi was well taken care of during his stay with them before flying out from Melbourne to Singapore. I received updates on my dog and some pictures on how he is doing while he was away and Ashlea was very professional in helping us arrange his transport while looking after him at the same time while he was boarding with them prior to the flight. They made the process seamless and they are also very well organised. 

I will definitely use their services again if I have to relocate my pet anywhere and they do come highly recommended.
