If I could give more than 5 stars, I would do that. We moved to Canada and we decided to take our dog along with us. Archie was well cared for, and when he arrived, he was in good spirits, happy and playful. We were given regular updates via email and videos at every stage. I had read and heard horror stories of some other transport companies and I was very anxious about Archie's travel. But Lenny was patient and resolved my problem at every stage. Archie's crate for example did not arrive through Start track, he sent another one straightaway which also did not come through on Star Track system. Lenny made sure that the crate was delivered next day itself. I am sure there are many others who worked hard behind the scenes to make sure that Archie reached us safe and sound and most importantly happy. Thank you Lenny, Paul and everyone else who took so good care of Archie.

We chose Petraveller to move our 2 quite large dogs from Sydney to the UK, paying not much more than it would have cost us to do it ourselves, and giving us peace of mind. What absolutely amazing service from Lenny and Frank - we have been so impressed!!! Always answered calls and queries quickly and it was so clear to see that the welfare of the dogs was their number one priority. Lots of updates from them and a video showing both dogs just before they flew so we could see they were happy and comfortable, and then a call from Lenny to let us know they were through customs and ready to pick up once they'd landed. They even flew the dogs on a Monday when all the other companies told us that wasn't possible!!! Cant thank you enough guys for taking such good care of the 2 of them - would absolutely recommend Petraveller hands down over any other carrier!! :)

Great service, we used Petraveller when our dog was flown over from Serbia. Lenny made the whole process easy from start to finish. They arranged the collection from quarantine and kept us updated at lodgement and arrival time.

Absolutely flawless service! Highly recommend! Our pekingese dog, Lulu, traveled from Serbia to Sydney, it was a very complex trip! Petraveller arranged the import permit, quarantine and transport from Melbourne to Sydney. Their service was professional, the communication was outstanding. There were many unplanned situations on the way with the exporting agency (Petraveller was there to coordinate between the exporting company and importing rules (this included successfully reorganising quarantine stay and domestic flight at the last minute, communication with the quarantine, accurate first-hand updates...)). Lulu arrived safe, happy and relaxed in Sydney! Petraveller is the kind of pet transport company that one can only wish for and I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you Lenny and your team! I entrusted Petraveller with my pet dog Bane who had made the long journey from England. Having spoken to numerous agents regarding the transport of Bane from quarantine in Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast I was impressed by the care and attention offered by Petraveller. Bane is a member of the family and his well being is of paramount importance to me. The reassurance, constant updates, open communication and professionalism shown by Petraveller was to the highest standard. Thank you for handling Bane with such care in bringing him home. Highly recommend to any dog owners looking to have piece of mind,
