5 stars for ease of parking, 5 stars for security and 5 stars for quick pickup and dropoff. After my brothers house was robbed after he forgot his keys in his car parked in one of the other airport parkings and my car being very dirty even after I purchased undercover car park, i started looking for a car park that is more secured than others. Luckily i found ACE Car Parking. Its secured because: 1. You park your car yourself in one of undercover bays. 2. You dont give your keys to anyone 3. It is 24×7 hrs monitored. Besides this the checkin and checkout was a breeze. I only had to remember the bay where i parked my car. The dropoff and pickup was quick and takes around 8 minutes.
Have used the valet parking a couple of times while going on holidays. The service is great and professional and going to and from the airport takes only a couple of minutes. Car seats are supplied if travelling with kids and this is a plus. The staff are very friendly and pickup is very easy at the airport. Their prices are slightly more expensive than some but it is worth it, especially when you want to start your holidays hassle free. Would definitely continue to use them and highly recommend them.
I have used Ace many times and have always been extremely happy with their service. The valet undercover parking is fantastic. You just drive in unload bags and get into their van to the airport. No waiting around or having to park your car. Then on return your car is waiting for you. The staff are great and very willing to assist. Great service all round. Well done Ace.
It was a little disconcerting to read reviews on other parking companies and hear about people paying for undercover parking and their cars being left outside. No such issues with ACE!!!! Amazing service and hassle free. We simply arrived, parked our own car, took our keys with us and hopped straight onto the courtesy bus. No waiting about, friendly staff on hand to help with luggage and only a few minutes down the road to the airport. Very reasonable price and a great service. We couldn’t ask for more or recommend highly enough. Looking forward to our next trip.
We used Ace on our recent trip to Bali and indulged a little using the VIP service. Excellent customer service we pulled in, handed keys over, they grabbed our baggage and reloaded into van and we went straight to the airport! Very time effective service! They also have car cleaning services which you can pay for while you are away which we should have taken advantage of Upon return into Melbourne, we rung the number they gave us and were picked up within 15mins as they were in the process of doing a drop off. Will definitely use again!
Ace provides an excellent reasonably priced service. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. We parked our own car and received help to get our luggage to the ground floor where the shuttle bus took us immediately to the airport. On return to the airport, a phone call to Ace had a shuttle bus pick us up very promptly. Great service all round.
I have being using Ace for a couple of years now and it's been an easy and brilliant service especially when travelling with a child under 3. Usually there is a shuttle waiting when I drive in, and getting a shuttle from the airport is no more than 5-10min wait once you confirm pickup on the phone. Having the option for valet, car wash and/or servicing is a great bonus.
I have been a customer for many years and have without exception always had great customer service at Ace Airport Parking. Yesterday was a whole new level and thanks to the wonderful experience on our day trip where you went above and beyond, even with us using a discount voucher. Located very close to airport with easy access to from Tullamarine Freeway even during peak times. All of the staff always have a high level of friendliness and customer service.

I would put 2 cents on them for airport parking in Melbourne just because of friendly staff and the way they treat o customers. Loved it and would definitely recommend them at any day.
Ace Airport Parking: I won't go anywhere else. The service provided by the staff is wonderful. They have been so helpful whenever I contact them. When contacting via the phone directly to the car park, they don't rush you off the phone and help you the best they can. I had left our recent booking to the last minutes however, they provided a recommendation on how to get our booking fulfilled. They could have just said, sorry can not provide you with what you need. They saw a need, saw they could resolve and did so. The facilities are great and the process of parking, getting to airport and back again works wonderfully.
