I have used Busy Beaver for more than 5 years now and have loved their fast and friendly service, no matter the time of day or night!!! I was blessed to have Steve S drop me off and pick me up at the airport - I felt anxious about my first overseas trip alone but having someone to chat with before I left was very assuring! Will be back again and highly recommend to everyone :D

Great experience with Rachel from Busy Beaver.  Tullamarine Drive closed so I called Busy Beaver.  Rachel answered and gave me directions I would never have made my flight without her directions. I promise you, you won’t experience better customer service anywhere near as good as Busy Beaver. The positive and friendly energy from the reception staff and drivers is the perfect way to start your holiday. Cars are always maintained with elite care at the best price. Can't ask for a better service. Staff are all so very friendly +++. It was no hassle at all, just drop off your car and everything just works as you would hope. First time we used Busy Beaver for our trip this last week to QLD. Usually we use the long term at melb airport - but never again.  Busy Beaver are great! Old School service - convenient and well priced.  We arrived back today in to almost 40 degree  heat and they picked us up in minutes , had our car brought to us whilst waiting in the cool and helped pack it all to get us on the way asap.  Can’t recommend enough.  Thank you!

Unfortunately, nearly 3 weeks after the fact. Still awaiting 'Manager' to respond regarding the scuff on my lhs front panel and alert on dash after pick up. Shouldn't be too difficult to check CCTV and provide honesty and transparency. Not to reflect on the ground level all staff from drop off to pick up from airport was exceptional.

The staff are lovely to deal with, especially Ralph who always remembers our names. Unfortunately their contractor alliances  have changed so we can no longer get our car serviced or washed. They have also changed their membership system so we are no longer premium and have to go find our car ourselves. I always felt special when the car was there waiting for us.

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS, BEFORE YOU READ THIS :  If you care about your car do not trust these guys....  and if you have no other option, please ensure you take photos of your car interior and exterior  upon entry and during pick up. Because these guys will put dents on your car and deny it easily..  make sure you take full photos and videos because you need the evidence upon pickup. By the way I am not the only one... there has been another case in the past 10 days... so be careful and take this review seriously. There are so many great reviews, but you know it depends on how lucky you are, so keep yourself covered with photos and evidence. Reviewing CCTV cameras of your car at entrance will take about 20 days... editing it in Phptoshop will probably take less time!!  As photos provided by BusyBeaver, there is no damage on my vehicle upon entry, and when I pick-up my car there is damage....  now can someone tell me who is at fault??
