Wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. Had my car broken into and stolen over $1500 worth of belongings. Owner is a pig and has no people person skills. I never even got told by the employees that my  car had got broken into until I had driven away from the company and noticed something had been stolen. I rang the company and questioned them about something missing the reply was 'We forgot to tell you, sorry. YES your car got broken into last night.  What sort of duty of care have they breached by leaving my car unlocked as my car had not received any damage to the exterior of the car. Your car will not be safe and secure with this company. They will not take any ownership to anything stolen or damaged on there premises. Also the cars don't always get parked at the premises they park the car around other businesses car park around the area and other warehouses away from main office. I highly recommend to avoid this business. Parking with busy beaver now a far more reputable company.

Unfortunately I have missed my flight last time, as there was no vehicle waiting and I had to wait for about 15 minutes for the bus to return from the airport. Not entirely their fault as I should have planned more time but I just simply didn't know that there will be such a long wait as I usually book through a different airport parking company and they always have vehicles ready to leave. 
Pick up from the Airport took about 20-25 minutes to arrive and left after another 5-10minutes. We have seen every other airport parking company vehicle passing about 2-3 times.

I’ve used Pacific Airport Parking about 3 times now, and they have FANTASTIC service! The shuttle transfers to and from the airport are always so efficient. Price is great too! My last trip I paid $35 for 4-days with outdoor parking. Will use them again when I fly next month. Thanks Pacific Airport Parking!

When you turn up you'll see cars parked all over the nature strip, up and down the street. Van dropped us off to the airport quickly. When picking up the car we had to wait 20+ minutes for a pickup as we just missed the run they had done. There was a new dent with blue paint on my silver car when I picked it up (I'm unsure if they nudged a pole, or hit it with another car). I won't be using them again.

ALWAYS park here when i take my car to the airport. great rates. bus sometimes takes a while to collect you tho
