I've been using this parking facility for years. Always good van pickups but the office staff have extremely rude and obnoxious manors when asking questions. I suggest they become more helpful and less rude to customers.

I had parked at United Parking Tulla for 10 years, then had a couple of bad experiences with their arrogant driver (same driver both times). His first name starts with "D" and that's as far as I go. On many occations I have seen the same driver be rude to customers. I now use Busy Beaver Parking, who offer valet parking, super fast delivery, drivers who are friendly, car wash(optional,car servicing(optional) and are much much cheaper in pricing. I am just sorry I didn't find Busy Beaver Parking earlier.

Parking was easy and the bus service was quick however Iv never experienced such appalling customer service in my whole life. I had a question in regards to payment so I approached the "customer service desk" The man behind the counter Didn't acknowledged I was there until I said "excuse me" even then he didn't look up from his book and I was met with a grunt. When he eventually faced me and I asked my question his reply was so so rude he acted as if I had just interrupted his Sunday lunch. I had to walk away as I've never met anyone so rude. Absolutely appalling. Will never return.
