Good undercover car park in the close proximity to Melbourne airport. The shuttle service to and from the airport was ok too.nnAfter using many open air car parks in last 30 years, I picked United for the first time to park undercover, due to its Automated, no hassle system and so called friendly service.nnThose were the things which were lacking in my experience.nI made the on line booking a month earlier and we arrived at the car park at 3am on Saturday 8th March to find the gate is not automatic and a man has to come out and issue the ticket and open the gate manually. He then asked us to park our car anywhere except ground and first floors.nThere were no signs to find which floor we were in. We just guessed the floor, parked, got luggage out and got in to the lift to find out we were still in 1st floor. Got out, put luggage back, drove to the floor above and went down to the front office to find an annoyed man who asked us “why are you so late to come back?, I was holding the shuttle for you and now it’s gone, wait for the next one”.nWe felt like naughty school kids who were caught by the teacher and tried to explain what happened. Also we said, it’s ok we have time, we’ll wait for the next one.nI didn’t like as a customer, that I had to be apologetic to some staff who was not happy for some reason, at the very first step of our week long holiday for something not my fault.nUpon returning on 15th Saturday evening, I think we had the same kind of vibe from probably the same guy whom we met a week ago.nPlease add a bit of smile to you face, try to make your customers feel easy, specially when they keep so much trust in your hands at times like traveling overseas etc.
First time we used this parking and cannot fault it. Friendly staff, car is kept undercover, reasonable pricing, easy to get to and from the airport with their buses no matter the time of day or night. Such a great service and will definitely recommend to others
I am writing to express my serious concerns regarding a recent experience with your service. My family has used this company for many years, but what occurred on this occasion was deeply disappointing and unacceptable.nnWe were picked up by a driver named Rodney, who conducted himself in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. He was rude and came across as aggressive when speaking to both me and my wife. When I calmly expressed that I was not comfortable with the way he was speaking to us, he escalated the situation by raising his voice, pointing his finger in my face, and doubling down instead of acknowledging our concerns or de-escalating the issue.nnIn addition to this, we witnessed him pick up the wrong passengers while leaving a family of four — including young children — behind, forcing them to wait for another bus. This lack of care and attention is extremely concerning, especially in the context of transporting families.nnThis level of behaviour is completely unacceptable and does not reflect thenstandard of service we have come to expect over the years. I feel strongly that this incident needs to be formally addressed. No customer should be spoken to or treated in this manner, and I urge you to investigate this situation and take appropriate action.
What a wonderful team! An extra thankful shoutout to the beautiful Davina - upon hearing that my mum had just experienced a medical incident nearby she took the care and compassion to offer to shuttle me over to mum's airport hotel to make sure that she was okay. It was incredibly kind, especially given the hectic time of year Christmas and the late hour of the day. I really appreciated her kindness. We have used United in the past and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of airport parking - just a wonderful, helpful group of people!! Merry Christmas, guys!!
Fantastic service!! United had been recommended to us, but I was bit sceptical given some of the reviews I then read.nnDrop off was great - a gentleman suggested where we should park and then waited for the 2 of us to come down the lift and he then whisked us off the airport. He helpfully explained to us that on return where we should go before ringing them for pickup.nnAs it turned out on return, we went to the pickup point before ringing and one of their mini--buses was already there. The driver a lovely friendly lady was able to fit us in and we were promptly returned to our car. Very helpful service in exiting the car park - my credit card didn't work at first at the exit, but a staff member was straight out to help. There is no doubt that we will use United in the future rather than the Value Long Stay park - at least your spot is guaranteed and the service to and from the terminals is excellentnnMy only suggestion is that United need better signage at street level. It is not that obvious that their parking is actually part of the Mantra hotel parking arrangements. That is only minor. but would help a newbiennOur thanks to all the staff that we encountered
