Driver of attached van on 1.7.2026 at around 5pm was very rude and hostile to me in front of the public. He wanted to be physical on my face but he saw people looking at him then he retracted. It was my first time using this provider and I’m sorry to say that the old drivers that you employ ought to pass some decorum test to be able to provide good services. I was intimidated and frightened as a woman because that was about to become physical abuse let alone verbal.
Great Airport parking location. Also, really good arrangement with Mantra Hotel next door. We checked in at Mantra and simply drove to United and parked our car there for our 12 day trip to WA. Rates were very reasonable compared to Tulla Airport, easy parking in good sized bays no idiots hitting your doors!. Driver delivered us to Tulla in appalling am traffic great job. We were about to call for pick up when we had received our luggage, upon our return, when we spotted United van dropping off passengers. I ran out and lady driver a Kiwi, very nice told me not to hurry as she would wait for us. Upon arrival at parking building a young attendant advised us what to do regarding car collection, luggage was stored while we went up for the car, All was handled very smoothly by very decent, competent staff. Highly recommend United Airport Parking,.
My first and only time. We booked the parking 8 days before the departue date out of Tulla. Arrieved well in advance only to find no parking spaces available . Eventually a lady saw us driving up and down looking for a vacant bay and eventuall she removed the tape across one of three reserved spaces. On our return four days later we called the office to advise of our arrival and was told that a van was on its way and will collect us shortly. Shortly ended up being 30 minutes only to be told ours was not the designated pick upvan and that another van would be there shortly . Anothe 10 minutes.??nSimply not good enough and never again.
I forgot to take a picture of the guy who help us. Who ever that kind and helpful driver on shift today 12/04/26 around 12 mindnight. Our car is not starting due to battery issue and that kind person offer his own battery starter.. we almost run out of option with all the laugage that we have..he help us and tried to offer some payment for helping us. And he did not ask for anything. The only thng that we gave him was a hug from us. This five star review is for having United parking the best employee. Thank you so much again sir!
These guys deserve a 5star just on customer service alone, in stark contrast.to a business up the road who almost cost me my flight.nThey got me out of a time sensitive jam and to the airport with time to spare.nnCharges accrue based on time left there and so you are getting a fair charge at the end of the stay with no nasty surprises.nnMy car wouldn't start when I returned and they took great care of me, and the RACV mech, with empathy and consideration.nnI'll be back next time I need a similar service and highly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks
