My car was parked up hard against the cyclone fence and the bumper bar was damaged. Although the attendant on duty was very apologetic, my emails remain unanswered after three weeks. I do not recommend this business, not as easy to deal with as they claim.
My partner and I dropped our car off in the morning. The gentleman who assisted us was so professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process a great start. However, our return experience was disappointing. We waited 24 minutes for the shuttle.The ladies at the counter were rude, dismissive, and more focused on laughing than assisting customers. There was zero customer service or basic respect. After a long trip, this was frustrating.
We park here frequently and find it faster and more reliable than parking at the airport. The shuttles are always ready to go the most we’ve had to wait is 10 mins and that’s rare. Booking is easy and well priced. Never had any issues. Would recommend.
They will not take responsibility for damage caused to your car while parked with them. Very dodgy business.
Average at best, location and price was great but it stopped about there. Customer service was non existent and the seemed to be rushing customers cars around everywhere. Was very nervous about getting our car damaged. Next time I will be paying the extra for a more professional outfit.
