My car was parked up hard against the cyclone fence and the bumper bar was damaged. Although the attendant on duty was very apologetic, my emails remain unanswered after three weeks. I do not recommend this business, not as easy to deal with as they claim.

Good customer service, reasonable prices, and timely drop-off and pick-up. When I called, they picked me up for the airport within 10-15 minutes. can recommend their services.

My partner and I dropped our car off in the morning. The gentleman who assisted us was so professional, and took the time to clearly explain the process  a great start. However, our return experience  was disappointing. We waited 24 minutes for the shuttle.The ladies at the counter were rude, dismissive, and more focused on laughing than assisting customers. There was zero customer service or basic respect. After a long trip, this was frustrating.

We as a family of 4 with two young kids have used easy airport parking on multiple occasions and are very happy with there service and the big guy in shorts and a t shirt is always very funny and easy going. Highly recommended.

They will not take responsibility for damage caused to your car while parked with them. Very dodgy business.
