We recommend Andrews very highly. We have used Andrew’s for years and they have always been good. Recently we had a drama. I left my medications in the car and did not realise until we were almost to the airport. Our driver, Jim, was a gem and very cool. He made a return trip for the medications and we caught the flight!
I always use Andrews Airport Parking when I book my interstate travel from and to Melbourne.nnThere have been a few downs in the past at no fault of Andrews Airport Parking - more impatient people at the airport jumping in the shuttles without calling ahead, nothing Andrew's could prepare for - but I had nothing but the best experience with our driver, Jim, early Tuesday morning. I booked my flight at 6am, got to the Andrew's at 4am, and waited ten or so minutes for the shuttle in the comfortable waiting area.nnJim was exceptional. He was pleasant to speak with bright and early in the morning, helped with my young children by getting their seats in, educated us on where to walk to and from in the airport itself to the correct airline, and which markers to look for when we arrive back. Jim was simply that good that I needed to leave him a five star review as our driver.nnI hope this review helps with others in booking their car's stay at Andrew's Airport Parking.
Do not use Andrew’s Airport Parking. Up until May 2025 my husband and I had been loyal customers of Andrew’s Airport Parking. However, our most recent experience has left us shocked and disappointed. We arrived home to notice a large crease in the front passenger door, quite clearly caused by another cars driver door being opened onto our car. We know this was not there beforehand because we cleaned the car the day before leaving it at Andrew’s. We immediately emailed photos and a video of the damage and were assured that they would investigate and get back to us within 48 hours. When we heard nothing we followed up, each time being assured that they would get back to us. When it had been almost 3 weeks my husband rang again only to be threatened that if he kept chasing a response “things wouldn't end well for him”. Eventually, they did reply, but sent it to the wrong email address requiring us to chase them yet again. Their email explained that they had looked at all vision of when they moved our car and were satisfied they were not at fault. We replied, pointing out that the damage would have occurred when they moved a car parked to the left to our car and that this footage needed to be checked in order to properly investigate the damage. Our message, and 2 subsequent follow ups were completely ignored. Needless to say we will never use Andrew’s Airport Parking again and would warn anyone not to use them either if you don’t want your car damaged.
On 17 July 2025 we arrived at Andrews Car Park at 9:30 AM — 40 minutes before our scheduled check-in time, well ahead of the recommended 30 minutes — expecting a smooth transfer to the airport. Unfortunately, our experience was anything but smooth.nnWe were left waiting for 30 minutes for a shuttle. When it finally arrived, the driver refused to take us, saying he was going on his break — despite clearly knowing about the severe traffic delays due to airport roadworks. This decision was made with no regard for our situation or timing.nnWhen we asked the receptionist for assistance, she was dismissive, rude, and made no effort to help. She didn’t speak to the driver or offer any kind of solution or even an apology. We waited far too long for the next shuttle, and due to the delay and traffic, we missed our flight and were forced to purchase new tickets.nnWhile I understand that traffic is beyond the company’s control, the lack of responsibility, communication, and empathy from both the driver and the front desk staff was completely unacceptable. This experience showed a serious lack of customer care, and I cannot in good faith recommend this service to anyone.
Avoid this service at all costs.nWhile the initial drop-off to the airport was fine, our return experience was absolutely appalling. After landing, we were left stranded in the cold at night for around 45 minutes with young children and several other frustrated passengers — all of us waiting for a bus that never seemed to arrive.nWe called multiple times for updates and were met with incredibly rude, sarcastic, and dismissive customer service. Each time we rang, we were told to “just wait,” with zero empathy or basic courtesy shown. When we asked for an ETA, they refused to provide one, saying they couldn’t confirm if the bus would be 5 minutes or 20 minutes away. At one point, we were even hung up on mid-conversation.nBecause they refused to give any information, we were unable to organise a taxi or make other arrangements — effectively leaving us stranded.nTo make matters worse, we watched the same drivers from other shuttle companies completing multiple round trips.nThe excuse we were given was “traffic,” but this was clearly not the case. The real issue was poor organisation, shocking communication, and customer service staff who couldn’t care less about the families they left waiting. The complete lack of professionalism, empathy, and accountability was appalling.nI would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value reliable service, basic respect, and clear communication, book elsewhere.
