Booked for around a week with this company. Drop off was good as was the timeframe from drop off to being transported to the airport. No issues with this aspect. I paid for undercover parking $158 and for an inside clean $75.nnPick up from the airport upon our return was seamless. The issues began when we accessed our vehicle. I had paid for an inside clean, which for $75 I would have expected to include a vacuum, wipe and clean of seats, windows, and removing dust. When i opened the car it was obvious they had given it a go but it fell WAY below what i would have expected. The dash was still very dusty, seats leather had not been cleaned. I spoke to the service team who took photos and agreed it was below standard and told me that once approved i would be given a refund. A manager of some description phoned me on Anzac Day of all days to inform me that she felt the car had been cleaned to standard and offered a $20 voucher. We live four hours from AAP and travel irregularly so this was clearly not acceptable. I also mentioned that my car was very dirty and dusty on the outside with evidence of rainfall in the accumulation of dust. This person then assured me it had been undercover, or what AAP considers undercover.nnBottom line I would not waste my money paying for any type of clean nor would I waste my money paying for parking that I would have expected to have my car delivered in the same condition i left it in. If you must park here go the cheapest option or use the airport long term rather than this company. Additionally, the staff behind the counter were polite and helpful let down by the sheer arrogance of whatever management minion phoned me.
Very happy with the great service from Andrew’s Airport Parking. Was picked up within minutes from Melbourne Airport by Jim and returned to our parked car. Jim was very friendly and our car was easily accessed so we could continue our trip home. Thank you from a happy customer.
Have used Andrew many times, never again!! I booked a 5 week stay and was charged over $450.00, which I cancelled. I was happy to pay a $10.00 fee and was assured I would receive my balance ”within72hours”. Even received an email confirming this. It’s now been 13 days and 3 phone calls later and I still haven’t received my refund. Not good enough!! So much for the great service they crap on about whilst on hold!
Used these guys for 2 trips now and I am very much a convert now to using these guys instead of the long term car park at the airport. Price difference next to nothing compared to the long term car park and the service you receive easily covers the slight price difference.nnVery friendly drivers who look after your bags and have good communication skills.nnI’ll be back for my next trip for sure.
We recently parked our car at Andrew’s for just under two weeks and it was very disappointing to find scratches and a dint on it after we picked up our car. Being a loyal customer with Andrew’s for both work and personal trips for over 10 years, we never had an issue with them. It’s a mistake that we trusted them and didn’t check our car when we picked it up. After we reported the issues as soon as we got home and noticed the damage, we were asked to send some photos which we did on the same day. We contacted them twice as no response or acknowledge of our email and were told that our email was overlooked the first time and no update yet due to short on staff the second time. Obviously their management team is not contactable and we had to wait for their reply. After another request from Andrew’s for providing more photos, we were contacted two weeks later and told they won’t take responsibility for the damage as no incident was recorded on their cameras. Despite everything, we would like to thank their front desk staff and drivers for always being helpful with all the time we used them. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to Andrew’s again and certainly do not recommend them to anyone who cares and values your car.
