We have been using Andrew's Airport Parking for many years, usually 3 or 4 times a year. The staff are very professional and courteous. After a 3 hour drive there or long flight back it is always lovely to be greeted by a happy staff member and have our car is always waiting for us ready to go when we return...we have never had to wait. Special thanks to Fred for an exceptional return trip last week, after an overnight flight from Perth it was great to have a friendly driver who was so helpful with ours bags etc. Congratulations on a professional, prompt and cheerful service.

We have been using Andrews Parking for over ten years. The service and level of professionalism is fantastic hassle free and smooth. Fred our driver was a delight made our trip back stress free and enjoyable with his amazing chatter. Arrived back relaxed and ready to deal with the ride home. We were delayed on our road trip to Melbourne airport because of an accident on the Hume HWY. Our organised parking option wasn't going to work because we lost too much time. What do we do?? We Rang Andrew's and everything was sorted in an instant. Everything was easy and the rate was very reasonable. On the way home Fred picked us up and he could not do enough to help us. Thanks Fred! I highly recommend Andrew's and we'll be back.

Do not use terrible company to deal with If i could give a minus score i would. Dropped my car at Andrews Car Park while we were going on a two week holiday thought i would shout myself a Deluxe clean $199 – supposed to include - a Full Clean, Hand Polish and Steam Clean. Picked the car up yesterday morning, the car was dirtier than when I left it, scuff marks from a rotary polisher when it is supposed to be hand polished. The guy behind the counter said he would get a manger to ring me...waited for most the and the next day no phone, I rang to speak to a manager i was the would ring me back. 5.15pm still no call back. I rang again and was told the manager was on another call asked me to stay on hold so i did. The another man picked said he was a supervisor and there was no manage there.. someone not telling the truth. He told me that it would take about 72 hours to investigate. Why 72 hours I picked the car up you did a terrible job just refund my money – Next step consumer affairs

We used Andrew’s airport parking this morning and it was effortless. We were delivered to the airport within 20 minutes of arriving at their premises on Mickleham Road. Fred was fantastic, he gave superb service, helping up with very heavy oversized bags. He was chatty and very cheerful. We thoroughly recommend them.
