I used Andrew’s Airport for a trip. I will never use them again. My vehicle is currently fitted with an interlock. I booked online and in no place was this information asked for at booking and after searching the terms and conditions I found nothing mentioned in writing there either. After arriving at the parking lot I declared the interlock and they advised me “that’s fine” and to move the vehicle to a parking bay where it wouldn’t be required to be moved as they don’t move cars with interlocks. After I had been delivered to the airport and checked in and minutes from boarding I received a phone call from Andrew’s Airport parking informing me there would be an additional $50 fee for vehicles with an interlock. I was confused as to why this charge was only declared at this late stage and never before, on the website at booking, or in the terms and conditions, or after my arrival. After my return journey to Andrew’s I was asked to pay this slapped on fee before the key to my vehicle would be returned.  What service did they provide that would incur this cost? I parked the vehicle where requested as to not impact their business. This seems like a sneaky attempt to extort people by slipping in secret costs after the contract has been made. I will never use this business again and I certainly will not be recommending them to anyone.

Every trip I have taken for the last 2 years, I have dropped the car at Andrew's. Their website is straightforward, the staff are always professional and efficient, and the shuttle buses have never made we wait for any significant amount of time. I'll keep coming back.

Very efficient process. Dropped off the keys, shuttle took us straight to the terminal. Pick up was very straight forward too. Called when we were through baggage and customs. Only took 5min. Jim our driver was fantastic - positive and upbeat and nice to chat to.

Booked our parking through RACV, which was easy enough and gave us a discount.nThe staff there were efficient in booking us in when we arrived. Also, the driver that took us to the airport and the one that fetched us were both friendly. The one that picked us up came in less than 5 minutes from the time we called. I have used Andrew’s at least twice before. Great company to deal with.

Andrews staff made everything easy for me.nFast, efficient, and friendly service. The per day fees are very affordable. Drop off and pick up from Melbourne  airport was effortless. The go to place for parking. I booked online, and it was simple to do.
