So easy to park and flynEspecially with a group...nTerminal is handy when flying solo..nThe only thing the bus driver can be difficult to understand... maybe a automated announcement in different languages would be better...nOr a information video on repeatnOverall parking is more organized than the actual airport..nMelbourne is not as good as most of the airports in Asia..

Be careful with your booking. I made an error when I booked entry for 4am on Thursday and exit 10am on Sunday. Paid $48 for 4 days which is correct. But I was meant to actually book for afternoon/evening. When I exited at 10pm, I got charged extra day. No one was there to assist and I was in a rush to get out so I paid.nI raised a case and they would not refund my money.nOther than that, it served its purpose. Just watch out with your booking as there is no customer service

Affordable, but that’s the only positive. Insufficient shuttle services running, waited over 30 minutes, two buses passed us as the bus has a small capacity. First time trying value car park, as we thought it would be convenient parking near the airport, however would not recommend. I normally use other car park services closer to the airport, where you call a number and a small shuttle comes to pick you up within a few minutes, use these instead not a huge difference in price either.

Decent value, regular buses. Make sure you book in advance for busy holiday periods cause they do get full. Spaces are a little tight, and theres not a proper line at the airport end, so there's a bit of hustling for spots after a busy flight

Absolute nightmare trying to find the pickup spot for the value bus at terminal 1.nnEither its completely hidden, or it doesn't exist, I suspect the latter.nnSpending 30 minutes at 1am wandering up and down an empty airport after a long international flight, with three bags and a pregnant wife... Yeah that was pretty average.nnGet your act together please.
