consistently and i mean CONSISTENTLY broken. avoid or prepare to be double charged,  your card not to work, and spend twice as long trying to extricate  yourself from the morass once you snared. one of the greatest parking rorts of Melbourne despite bumper profits in 2017/18. oh, don't expect a digital refund either, (of course they will take your money over the net via cc no problems) all refunds done in writing via post, i am not even joking. would leave minus score if possible.

Do not use. i will never use this parking again.  or the other melb airport long term.  had to pay twice.  broken equipment, intercoms and unfriendly personnel, leaving your locked in late at night.  much better service by several distant car parks with shuttle buses

Only open during peak holiday weeks. It’s cheaper than the normal long term car park, but you get what you pay for. Fewer shuttle buses, and much narrower car parks. Depending on how busy it is, you may have to walk a bit further to your car, too. We had trouble finding the exit, signage needs to be improved.

Good value, 10 mins per pick up, however, no roof, so raining is a problem.

Not worth it. It's not even "you get what you pay". In this case, you would get much less than you pay. I would recommend that if cost is important to you, try the outside operators rather than using this low value long stay parking. 
Before you book, please be aware of the following:
1) The shuttle bus frequency is significantly less than the normal ones at the long term car park. The advertisement is very misleading to the point where I thought about lodging a complaint with consumer protection agency(the claim is there is no difference to the long term car park in terms of travel time). I waited for more than 20minutes and it was stressful not knowing if a bus would come and whether you might miss your flight. 
2) You might need to walk very far from where you park to the bus shelter. 
3) Unlike the normal long term car park, the shuttle bus doesn't stop at every terminal. 
4) The parking spot is tighter than normal one. Your car can be uncomfortably close to the next one and likely would be hit when the other car opened their doors. 
5) The waiting area for the bus from the airport to the car park is difference to the normal long term car park and it's not as convenient. You need to walk around and search for it...not something you want to do after a long trip away.
