To Ange , Helen and their team at First Choice Airport Parking I would like to thank you for the last six months. The early pick ups the late night drop offs the rushing around the change in plans last minute and yet you guys accommodated all my requests. 
It is so good to see how much your business has grown in such a short span of time. I have used your services from day one when you first opened and will continue to do so. People out there if your looking for quality, reliability, honest and a service that is second to none First Choice Airport Parking is where you want to be. I have used many a parking service over the last 8 or 9 years flying in and out of Melbourne sometimes up to three times a week but since these guys opened I have only ever had one choice that’s First Choice.
Well done guys see you towards the end of the week.

We parked at First Choice Parking Melbourne over Christmas while we were overseas, and they were excellent. Their Undercover price was cheaper than everyone else's Outdoor price. My car's battery had gone flat while away for 3 weeks, and they helped to jump-start with no hassles. Fully recommend them, and will use them for every time now, and won't even bother to try any other parking places. They also offer a loyalty card, that every sixth visit you will receive a credit or major discount. 110% Happy!

Would recommend first choice parking to everyone.  Got me in on short notice (night before flight) answering my email sent at 8pm quickly after sent. Service and price were excellent and the two gents that took me to and back from the airport had great customer service. Even arranged to drive me back to my Car on arrival by myself when other companies will want to wait until the fan is full. This was great because I was spent and just wanted to get home.

This parking facility is one of the worst service providers in Melbourne Airport.
Booked Parking for a 6am flight.  So 4am car drop off. 
Entire facility locked up and no lights on anywhere. Had to call to be let in the gate by the one person working.
Then got told that even though I had booked a car cleaning service, they no longer provided it as they contract an external provider for this and he was no longer servicing them.
No warning or notification to me previously about this.
Then they forgot to take my car keys so my car was stuck in the same spot in the drop off area the whole time I was away.

Will not use this facility again. Plenty of facilities  available for the same price that are more professional and competent.

I was very happy with my experience with Fist Choice Airport Parking. It was a good value for money. The staff is friendly and easygoing. Thank you to Mannie for his customer service. I will definitely use this car parking again.
