We had a great experience with Natalie, our driver for the airport transfer. She was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional throughout the journey. Natalie was also very helpful, making sure everything was smooth and comfortable for us.nnHer warm and positive attitude really made a difference, and we felt well taken care of from start to finish. She’s a genuinely lovely person and an excellent driver. Highly recommend her service!
Absolutely fantastic service from Jet Away Parking! From start to finish the experience was seamless. A special mention to our driver Natalie — she was exceptional. On a very hot day, she went above and beyond by helping us with our bags and even kindly called home base to have our car turned on with the air conditioning running before we arrived back.nThat level of care and customer service truly made a difference and was so appreciated. Highly recommend Jet Away Parking and Natalie for outstanding, thoughtful service.
This is a great alternative to the ridiculously priced airport parking. The staff are friendly, the system is efficient, and the rates are very reasonable. If it was closer to the airport or they offered more frequent drop-offs and collections, I'd give it a 5-star rating. It takes about 15 mins to get to/from the airport by shuttle plus the 15-20 mins wait when departing and then again at the end of the trip at arrivals just adds a bit more time than we had anticipated. That's entirely on us so we'll make sure we make allowances for that next time.
I use have been using Jetaway for a number of years but never again. Returned from a holiday only to find my car extremely dirty. The people said it was due to the rain however it was only on the passengers side and appears mud/dirt had been splashed against the car, it was filthy.nThe lady told me to read to terms and conditions I signed.
I’m disappointed to leave a 1‑star review after using this parking service regularly for 12 years. The service has always been excellent—until recently.nnOn my last visit, the driver was loud, rude, and condescending when I politely asked if we were heading to the airport after checking in my vehicle. I was told to “go and sit and wait,” despite my family being told we’d leave in five minutes—a conversation I didn’t hear as I was checking in the car.nnWhen I raised the issue of his rudeness, the driver dismissed it as being “direct” and continued to defend his behavior. Unfortunately, this experience means I won’t be parking here again.
