Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to leave your car whilst you travel. Really the best price and the team there are great. My 18 year old daughter was leaving her car and I was picking her up. They were so good at assisting her and had really awesome customer service. We were recommended to use these guys by a friend who has always had great service from them. Highly highly recommend.
Window left open and car drenched! I left my car with Jetaway from November 12-20. Drop off was fine and the staff friendly but… It was a rainy night when I returned at 4am in the morning to pick up my car and was very upset to find the passenger side window all the way down with rain pouring in. I’m not sure how long it was left like this - long enough for the floor mat and seat to be soaked, and the windowsill colour to start fading. The staff gave me some paper towels and told me to contact management - but I have not heard back for 1 month now despite emailing them twice.
I have used Jetaway Parking 6 times this year and wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love driving in, dropping my car and keys and being driven to the airport. The pickup on return from the terminal is easy and I have never waited any longer than about 5 mins. On return to Jetaway my car is waiting for me at the office and payment is quick and efficient, made easy by fabulous staff. I have peace of mind that my car is safe from other drivers while parked there. Great service at an affordable price.
Fantastic and professional service. As soon as i parked my car and handed my keys over, I was on the shuttle bus and off to the airport within minutes. Upon return, I rung to be collected and was told a shuttle was about to leave, but they would wait for me to get on. I quickly jumped on and made it back to see my car was already ready for me to go. Did not even need to wait for anyone to bring my car around. Just brilliant service. Have already made my second booking with them.
I highly recommend Jetaway. We used them for the first time and was extremely happy with the service. Friendly staff and prompt service with a smile even at 4.30am. We will certainly be using Jetaway again. Keep up the good work. Much better service than your competitors.
This place was friendly and accommodating. I was dropped off and picked up promptly. The cost was fantastic and I was very quickly able to get on my way from this location. It really took the stress out of travel and I didn't have to ask anyone to drop me off or pick me up. I will certainly be booking again with Jetaway. Thank you for your service
Over the years I've used a few of the airport parking/shuttle bus services. Jetaway is by far the best I've come across. Super fast, friendly service and truly secure parking. Our flight was delayed and didn't arrive until 3am, this was not a problem at all, the shuttle still picked us up, and the driver was friendly and helpful.
Used these guys a few times now and I can't fault them. Great location, traffic free and easy to find. Very professional and friendly staff with easy car handover. They dropped us off and picked us up at the airport promptly. Very reasonable price as well! Highly recommend!
Great service and friendly staff. The guy who picked me up from the airport was lovely. Lady in office thought I hadnt paid when I dropped car off, and was going to charge me again on pick up. But checked and all was good. Highly recommend thanks guys
Just found this service and wish I had tried it earlier. So easy to book, find and just hand over your car keys and you're done until you get back to pick it up. Friendly staff and very good rates - why bother with taxis and Uber. Am very impressed with the service.
