My dog's flight was delayed by an hour, but Jetpets didn't bother telling me. (Last message I received was confirmation of original pick up time.) I drove an hour to Jetpets to pick up my dog to be told he's not even there! Then waited in my car for another hour. It's cheaper and more convenient to book pet flights directly through Virgin Australia.

Very happy with the way in which our puppies were cared for..great communication and updates on pets' travels etc 🐾

Jetpets took care of my whippet pup from Sydney to Pakenham.
Thank you all who i had contact with over the phone and those who cared for my puppy, she arrived happy and in excellent condition. Would use again.
