Witnessed driver of truck tell woman “get on and shut up” after he almost hit her while she tried to board the tram. Morrah St tram stop, 4:25pm, 18th March, 2024.
Be careful. They broke a very expensive piece of equipment and wouldn’t take responsibility at all. It went on to the truck in perfect condition brand new from QLD and the delivery guy unwrapped it in Melbourne broken. Wouldn’t recommend.
I can't reiterate this enough to any prospective customer for TSS. Avoid them. Zero respect for your property and you as a customer and they will likely damage it. Inconsistent pricing and incompetent delivery drivers will make your experience terrible. If you use TSS ensure you have insured your items. Consider using any other sensitive freight like Smartways better. Or cope marginally better.
Worst delivery of major equipmentnNever use this company they verbally abused me for being 2 mins late. Absolute threatening abuse from two large men totally unacceptable.
Great place to work with very professional staff. Vehicles are very well taken care of aswell.
