I went to the movies today to watch Fantastic Four. The cinema screen was good quality and the seats were fairly spacious. However, the cleanliness and hygiene of the place were seriously disappointing. My seat had popcorn and sticky residue on it, which was honestly disgusting and really ruined my enjoyment of the movie. The toilets were even worse—every single stall was unusable due to how dirty they were. Really unacceptable standards for a big cinema like this.

Tried gold class here last night for the first time. It was quite underwhelming. When we walked in, a through clean hadn’t even done, there was still popcorn and crumbs on the seats and the floor. The recliners were noisy, every time someone adjusted one, you could hear the noise all the way through the theatre. We had a 9:10 session, but you couldn’t order any more drinks and they give you soft drinks in a ridiculously small glass, as opposed to what you get in the normal theatre. You don’t realise the need for hydration until you’re eating salted popcorn.nnTowards the end of the movie, I was just counting down till it ends so we could leave and get drinks from outside. Considering you’re paying almost 5 times extra, it’s not really a gold class experience. Definitely needs a refurbishment

RUBBISH SCREEN AND NO SERVICE!nWatching the 10.15 am show of Superman on Gold Class. Ordered coffee at 9.50. Didn't receive it and kept going back until I got it myself at 10.35 after the movie had started.nThis is absolute rubbish.nnThe movie doesn't even fill up the screen! What a joke!nnEven the toilet seats are smeared with well you know! Clean the toilets at least!nnAbsolutely terrible! You pay $100 for tickets and for what? Gold class - more like worse than cattle class! Event cinemas no wonder HOYTS is better!

The v max day beds were great and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. But not having popcorn dispensers or drink dispensers did take away a lot. I understand it is in renovation though so other than that it was great!

4DX was one of a kind experience for everyone in the family
