Comfortable and clean seats. The cinema is small. The surround-sound is great.nnWe watched Deapool & Wolverine. I thought some audience at the back was humming along the Marvel theme song but it was actually Deadpool himself.nnCorteous staff thanked us on the way out.

I visited Castle Tower Event Cinemas today and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a couple of notable issues. Upon arriving, I noticed that the toilets were quite dirty, which was disappointing and affected the overall cleanliness of the facilities. This is definitely an area that needs improvement to enhance the customer experience.nnOn a positive note, the theater itself was impressively clean. The seating areas and floors were well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable movie-watching environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made the experience even better. Their warm and attentive service added a personal touch that enhanced the overall enjoyment of the visit.nnDespite the issue with the restrooms, I highly recommend Castle Tower Event Cinemas. The quality of the viewing experience and the excellent staff service outweigh the minor inconvenience, and I hope they address the cleanliness of the toilets in the future.

I saw Gladiator 2 Vmax and the picture didn't fill the whole screen. There was quite a bit of empty space on all 4 sides. See the attached pic.nnI asked Event about it and they said it was the way the film is shown, is out of their reach, and is how it was set by the film's distributors. Very disappointed.  We all know for the project they can adjust the size of the projection to fill at least the height or width the screen. Spent extra money to watch the standard screen.  Will never go again.

I recently attended a movie at the Castle Hill Event Cinema Gold Class and was looking forward to an exceptional experience, as I had opted for the premium service. While I enjoyed the film and the ambiance, I encountered an issue that left me quite disappointed. I ordered food and drink during the movie, and I couldn’t finish them. Upon finishing the movie, I requested to have the leftover food packed into a takeaway box, only to be informed that they do not provide takeaway boxes at all. I was very upset by this, as I had expected a higher level of service in the Gold Class setting, and this felt inconsistent with the premium experience promoted. For a venue that promotes itself as providing better service, I believe it’s important to meet guests’ reasonable requests, such as being able to take leftover food home. This experience has left me questioning the overall value of the Gold Class experience. I hope management can look into this matter to improve customer satisfaction in the future. Thank you for your attention.

Great place to enjoy with kids as there are plenty of restaurants just outside the cinemas ,Timezone arcades if you would like to further hang out .nParking is easily available too.nHowever ,the toilets are outdated and not clean enough.You can use the cleaner toilet if you just walk out the cinemas to the outdoor restaurant area next to Gozleme .
