Better than the standard thou facilities are obviously old. Sound system needs an upgrade.  Toilets not maintained well. Good customer service.  Heaps Mall parking.

I hadn’t been to the movies for ages, “Ticket to Paradise” Julia Robert’s & George Clooney, pretty good & funny. Gold Class seats was so comfy just like flying on business class, stretch my legs.

The cinema aspect in terms of audio-video experience is good but in terms of cleanliness be it the seats & especially the washrooms is not good. Getting the tickets & some snacks/coffee etc was smooth, parking was also available, didn't have any issues there but yeah, more efforts can be put into improving the overall experience of watching movies at this place.

9.30am and no toilet paper in first toilet I go to! Often like this. $27 for popcorn and drink duo but no paper. ‍ I won’t mention the disgusting state the toilets are in later in the day, but the guy on the coffee counter today was lovely and friendly. He can have the stars.

The cinema is in dire need of renovations. For VMax experience the sound quality needs improvement and also screen quality. Some of the cubicles in the toilets did not have doors to close. The restrooms were in a mess. When we pay almost 30$ per person for screenings it needs more hygienic care. The larger bins were visible and smelling from the corridors of the cinema hall. Besides the movie, the cinema experience was shocking. It would be beneficial for the owners to invest in revamping the place.

I have went to event cinema on Friday 16 December and had the most horrific experience. When we sat down at our says we noticed a sickening smell coming from the seats. I turned around and there was vomit on the wall, a garbage bag on the floor and a sign, so staff would have already seen it but did not bother to clean it properly. This is unacceptable for any cinema, especially one that charges the price they do for tickets. The photos attached show the disgrace I demand a refund and compensation

There is no sign board to direct you to Event Cinemas or Shops parking from the main road. I went for 8.45pm show on 17th Feb'23  & parked in yellow park but only to find all access points are closed as it is not the parking for Event Cinemas entry. I then have to pull out my car, searched the correct parking, queued up in line  & parked my car in the right area. This took me 20 minutes extra. With so many parking lots in various colors, will it not make life easy for your customers if you indicate through a sign board the correct parking entrance for respective Shops, Cinemas & other outlets? Is this so difficult to do?

I’ve really enjoyed going to Events Cinemas Castle Hill over the years, the staff are lovely and friendly. But lately, we noticed the cinemas themselves are not cleaned or maintained. We’ve popcorn between seats, the table tops are still sticky and seats are missing numbers

I’d never been to Gold Class, went at my boyfriend’s request and honestly, it was terrible. The lobby and toilets were dirty, my seat was dirty and had popcorn wedged in it. Ticket prices are absolutely exorbitant for what you get. I’ve been to Titan Luxe at Reading Cinemas which is worlds better. Won’t be returning.

I took the kids to see a movie in the school holidays. The staff were lovely. Toilets were clean enough, the cinema we were in hasn't been cleaned between movies and was in a bit of a state.
