I visited Castle Tower Event Cinemas today and had a generally pleasant experience, though there were a couple of notable issues. Upon arriving, I noticed that the toilets were quite dirty, which was disappointing and affected the overall cleanliness of the facilities. This is definitely an area that needs improvement to enhance the customer experience.nnOn a positive note, the theater itself was impressively clean. The seating areas and floors were well-maintained, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable movie-watching environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly, which made the experience even better. Their warm and attentive service added a personal touch that enhanced the overall enjoyment of the visit.nnDespite the issue with the restrooms, I highly recommend Castle Tower Event Cinemas. The quality of the viewing experience and the excellent staff service outweigh the minor inconvenience, and I hope they address the cleanliness of the toilets in the future.

Comfortable and clean seats. The cinema is small. The surround-sound is great.nnWe watched Deapool & Wolverine. I thought some audience at the back was humming along the Marvel theme song but it was actually Deadpool himself.nnCorteous staff thanked us on the way out.

This was  my second movie date here with my husband. We saw FALL GUY. Their food was delicious and the movie was interesting.nHowever, going back here the second time,  I had time to look around and compare with other Gold Class I have been to. The restroom door I visited wasnt locking. The design of the customer service desk/bar,  and the fact that I can see everything inside that space doesn't scream class atall. It's looks very busy and some other minor details make it less attractive.

Went to use the Event Cinemannladies disabled toilet Piazza end ofnnCastle Towers, prior to watching annmovie, saw water around base ofnntoilet next to the disabled and  staffnnstill haven't replaced the lock that'snnbeen missing over 2 years on thenndisabled with a full roll of toiletnnpaper in dispenser no one can usennbecause the door will not stay shutnnand does not lock for privacy.

Love visiting this cinema..nFriendly staff...nComfortable seats.
