Tickets - One machine broken for e-tickets. Food - Prices for combo’s no displaying - No lids or straws when getting a drink. - Someone has left their gum where the lids were supposed to be. - Lids had to be obtained from the counter so that meant carrying my drink across the floor. - Huge queue to pay. In the cinema (number 5): - Cinema number broken. - sticky floor. Really really sticky. Like human flypaper sticky. - food marks on a lot of the seat - food stains on the walls - broken armrests - seat numbers removed from a lot of seats I hadn’t been there in years and I won’t go back quickly.

I have never been to a worse Cinema. I'm from the South Coast and was in Liverpool visiting friends and we decided to go to the cinemas. This was the most convenient one so we said why not. Not only where the chairs filthy, but during the movie I had a cockroach crawl up my leg. The seats were uncomfortable and on the way out (it was late at night, about 11.45pm) I noticed several more cockroaches running around. This is absolutely disgusting and there are was to ensure that cockroaches are running about the place, honestly cleanliness is the worst I've seen for a cinema and I've been to quite a few. I never particularly liked Event Cinemas always preferring Hoyts but this has definitely made my mind up that I'll never go back to Event Cinemas especially in Liverpool.

Good Cinema, it is clean(I am a clean freak) and it's cozy too. Staff are fine, no complaints. They have never had the kitchen open though, so always make sure not to eat real meal here (just popcorn/snacks available), eat dinner or lunch elsewhere.

Went to a mums and bubs session and am not impressed. The theatre played a trailer for "Winchester" an upcoming horror film with scary scenes not suitable for young children. The theatres need a desperate upgrade (seats old and smelly and material peeling off the walls and speakers) and at the ridiculous prices tickets, I'm surprised this hasn't been done. The candy bar charges an exorbitant amount for basic lollies and drinks you can get at Woolies for 1/3 of the cost. On the plus, the staff were friendly.

I enjoyed "The Star" movie here. Good staff and facilities.
