We had a great experience in Gold Class. The seats are comfortable. We ordered Arancini,  Salt & Pepper Squid, Ham & Pineapple Pizza and Beef Nachos. Friendly staff and the food was tasty.

Despite not typically writing reviews, I felt compelled to share my unsatisfactory experience at this Event Cinemas location. The cinema had a distinct, unpleasant musky odor, with rubbish scattered across floors and unclean seats that detracted from the overall environment. The disabled bathroom was in a particularly poor state, with the sink completely broken and snapped off. While the children found some enjoyment, my youngest struggled to see the screen due to the seating arrangement, with no prior warning or guidance offered during booking about potential visibility issues. Compared to competitors like Hoyts, who have notably improved their cinema experience, this location fell significantly short of acceptable standards. The multiple shortcomings have ultimately convinced me that this will likely be our last visit to this Event Cinemas for the foreseeable future.

Staff open late it's school kids running place times I go and they very rude directly snappy not very nice esp on Tuesdays we had wait past opening time then they slowly open very much taking all us customers waiting outside for granted kids mothers etc also don't ask anything honestly signage more helpful than the staff

Great service. We watched Taylor Swift the Eras Tour there in Gold Class and enjoyed their food and beverages. However noticed that the chair still have some left over popcorn stuck on the sides so not perfectly clean.nTheir room is great, nice location, nice design and toilet is also clean but some customers left box of food in the toilet, the staff might not be attended to yet so that was okay.nGreat cocktails and food. We enjoyed beers, watermelon margarita and toblerone. We really like the salt and pepper squid. The prawn hargow was also nice but the sauce was a little bit strange: soy sauce and wasabi. We thought it would come with soy sauce for dim sum instead. Anyway, general overview was great.

Great multiplex cinema. The seating is really comfortable. Almost all the screens have recliners. The one I went to had two rows of beds and the rest were all fully reclining seats. Decent selection of movie eats, and cocktails too ! .. The establishment was really clean and well maintained. The people working there really courteous and friendly. Dunno how the gold class is any different, I guess it's only for certain movies.
