20 people trying to buy tickets and candy bar and only one server. It took 15 minuets to get one water and our prepaid tickets. Perhaps it's the only cost effective way for the cinema to stay open but next time I'll just go to Chatswood.

Would vote zero if possible. Went there because its only 12min walk from my house. Service was appalling, my wife purchased popcorns from the snack section and someone from the coffee station asked 'Has it been paid for?' She nodded after i replied yes and it felt pretty rude. Did not receive any guidance/ direction on where to go after purchasing the tickets. There were mess everywhere at the corridors.

Place has gone downhill. Absolutely disgustingly filthy and sticky seats/floor, definitely not cleaned between movies. Rattling air conditioning, ruined the horror atmosphere of the movie. No soap in the men's toilets. Will not be going back. The entire service is a rip off.

Had a really strange experience where our tickets were for the wrong day. It was a strange mix up and in trying to figure out what was happening, we upset a member of the audience. This lovely lady proceeded to tell at us openly in front of the staff and the staff treated it very well. They apologised to us and reprinted new tickets. It was a potentially awful experience that was handled amazingly well by the staff.

Never really busy here. Usually only two registers open in the food area, so this can be a little slow. Cinemas have good sound and image quality and usually have the current movies on at various times to choose from. I believe they have 8 cinemas here.
