Absolutely disgustingly filthy establishment. The lift to car park's urine stench is unbearable. The front carpets squelch under your feet from years of caked dirt and liquids. The concession shop was dirty and clearly understaffed with long queues. The screen hall hadn't been cleaned all day from popcorn and drink containers everywhere. What a horrible all-round experience. Go anywhere else but here.
The cinema was nice, but it would’ve been nicer if the seats actually laid back like they were supposed to. No matter how many times we pressed the button they just simply wouldn’t go back. The sound was way too loud. which made viewing the movie extremely painful on the ears and we were sitting right at the back so I can imagine what the people at the front would’ve been going through. They need to check the sound levels because there was no need for it to be at that decibel.
The place wasn't clean. There was a disposable cup right below the screen. It was so distracting. I called two times, at the start of the movie and at intermission, but no one came. The placement of an emergency exit light sign right below the screen is also weird.nnThe screen is not good. There are some marks which are visible at all times. This is cinema 6.
The movie-going experience was fine, the seats are a little bit tired and the leather is cracking, as well as some of the seats having weird lumps and bumps that make it uncomfortable to sit in for long periods of time.nnWhat I’m mostly disappointed in is that I called three times to check if I had left something behind, and no one picked up. Find it hard to believe no one was available to assist given there were three employees standing around at the kiosk when I left.
M from victoria and this was first time watching movie in NSW. Decided to watch 1:30 show on 01 Nov 2024 Seats were messy, there were drink glasses and ppcorms scattered all over. I cudnot use my allocated seat. And then there were many mosquitoes biting entire team during the movie. There was a staff person who passed bad comments whenever he walked from my seat. He was sitting somewhere in front and watching movie. Even at the counter,i requested for freshnand hot popcorn,girl said sure but she gave me very cold not fresh at allnWorst experience that I cudnot even wait for movie to end b4 adding the review.
