Worst Coles I’ve ever gone to due to the customer service team so rude especially CAROL blond old lady Michelle and HELENE old Greek blond/grey hair lady when they’re around they’ve always made it so uncomfortable to shop and scan my items accusing me of stealing to the point where I’ve had one of their younger team members come up to me who was told by the older staff to say that I was stealing to my face when I was paying and I placed my alcohol in my bag that I bought next door it’s not just one incident it has happened multiple times and to other customers as well the staff members here especially the older team members who should know better but don’t all they know how to do is make people uncomfortable to the point where they search into your bags with their hands instead of just looking with their eyes and checking the screen like they’re meant to they take it to far and I’ve unfortunately had little arguments with them because of how excessive they have been towards me and my family I know how Coles works I was a supervisor working next to their head office so I know what the expectations are and I’m a fair person but those three ladies in particular are just a joke if they wanted to be police officers they in the wrong field. I’ve made complaint before and nothing has been done to tell them to chill out to the point where I’ve spoken to their manager of the store and still nothing has happened this is my local Coles and shopping centre and honestly if you don’t want your customers to be stealing out people back on registers cos it was a better time and people knew how to communicate with each other and it was a better world with more human interaction

I just wanted to share a positive experience i had today. They have very good staffs, especially the young guy named Daniel who is collecting the trolley. I accidentally left some money in my trolley, and im so grateful that he found it and handled it with such integrity. His honesty is greatly appreciated, and it made my day knowing there are good people like him around. It’s reassuring to know that your team includes such trustworthy individuals. It’s acts like these that trully enhance the reputation of your store. Thank you!

Very convenient being 24/7. Has a large space and pretty much everything as any other Cole's but unfortunately downside there is no service reps to scan your food for you.nnEverything is self serve which causes some inconvenience.

The best thing about this coles is 24*7 availability. Also, you will get everything in groceries and household here since, it is quite bigger than other supermarkets in suburb. Just 2 mins walk from tram stop so it is accessible as well.
