Cool coles store. Open plan. Felt like what all coles store will look like in 10 years. Heaps of stock and other items as well. Not just regular coles gear. Been here a few times and although it take a minute to figure out the layout. I like it. Friendly staff will go back again.

Everything from the way the stock shelves to the self serve machines was most utterly counterintuitive. Spent an insane length of time merely trying to work out what they were thinking with the location of items only to finally make it to the registers and be further harassed by the way every action on the self serve machine works against itself. Outdated and slow, the machines may as well have been a hungover teen who couldn’t have cared less about their employment or their customer, only twice as insulting since this machines only purpose for existence is literally to serve the customer, yet proceeds to do the exact opposite. Whenever anyone says let’s go to Coles I can’t help but dread having to use the worthless self service machines they have in store.

A saviour when you need to by groceries in the middle of the night. Open 24 hours and a massive store. Stocks a very wide range of items and is always topped up. I have been here past midnight several times and it is still busy with plenty of people doing late night shopping.
