Went today with a voucher from the government recycle centre. Told in no uncertain terms than had to buy something to redeem the money on the voucher.nInformed them that is not the way it works.nServing person gave the money from the voucher without any recognition of customer service… served with cold disdain.nWoolworths pull your socks up and ensure the staff know their job and have courtesy and manners.
Good Woolworths located inside Malvern Central. I like to come to this store because they have a decent range in their kosher section. Many Woolworths still don't have a kosher section so it's nice to see.

The store has gone down hill rapidly. First it was the removal of the butchery/meat deli, now they have replaced the price tags with electronic tags which are both impossible to read, and questionably adjusted.
No prams with baby seats available. After about 15 minutes and enquiring with 4 different staff, I was finally told that they don't have any/they don't get brought up from the carpark. Had a brief look around the carpark level I was parked on but none in sight. Kind of irritating when coming out with baby trying to do the food shopping, had to turn around and go home.
