Their cakes are wonderful, other foods are much the same quality as elsewhere. Place always looks so packed even though prices are high. But found out today why it always looks packed. Iced chocolate and cup of tea took over 30 minutes to arrive. Last ever visit. Have never waited that long at their Chadstone store or anywhere else for such a simple order.

Staff undertrained, slow and poor customer service. Took far too long to have a table cleaned when we got there. Asked for an extra plate, completely forgotten about and had to get it ourselves. People surrounding us also had issues with their requests not being met.

Great cakes but the customer service always puts me off. They never smile and show no interest. I always have to wait heaps long for my order Even if it's just one toasted sandwich.

I have been here a lot with My Wife as we are local. Coffee is great however sometimes it could be hotter. A nice array of sweets and pastries. The Chaux Pecan is delightful as are the Doughnuts. They need to work on bringing the sweets and coffee together hence the 4 stars in lieu of 5. Also some of the lounges have massive tears in them, they wouldn't even sell them at The Salvo's so why have them here?

Truly the best coffee I've had in Victoria Yes it depends on the batista Laurent's coffee in Doncaster never disappoints this very fussy coffee lover. Don't let others opinion sway you give it a try....you won't be disappointed
