Overall, I’ve had a good experience. The store is clean, well-organized, and usually well-stocked with fresh produce, pantry staples, and a good selection of international products.
Store is well lit with items in logical places. However the aisles are a bit narrow. Especially when you have staff stocking shelves at the same time. Understandably though, all shelves were full.

Am a fan of their in-store self-serve hot coffee machines... You can get a tasty enough, frothy almond milk coffee on its dedicated vegan mylk machine . 50c more than dairy milk.
I only shop Coles as they celebrate Christmas and Australia Day. The staff are wonderful to me every week when i have my big shop. The only negative is the lack of Tip Top original nine grain bread. If you shop before 10am the truck hasn't arrived. if you shop 12pm onwards the bread is gone so please order more.
