Recently bought a packet of Cole’s brand roast vegetables where the bag had like 5 vegetable pieces and half a kilo of herbs…making the contents of the product inedible and to make up the weight in order to trick you into thinking the bag was full and heavy.n2 days later bought a box of Cole’s brand chicken Schnitzel and 1 of the 4 schnitzels was missing half of the meat. This somehow made it past quality control or lack thereof and was sealed and sold on their shelves.nnIn the past 3 days I’ve been scammed by the same Cole’s store and do not wish for this to continue.nnMy advice to anyone who reads this is to open and check any Cole’s brand products before you buy them or outright buy from an actual branded company product instead of the cheaper Cole’s brand. They have clearly shown absolutely lacklustre quality control in their products and any message they say about “”%100 quality and customer satisfaction”” is just corporate speak and a clear lie.nnBuy better.nAnd to you, Coles. Be better.
This Coles is huge and exceptionally well-organised, making for a fantastic grocery shopping experience if you enjoy a good stroll.nnThe staff are always friendly and ready to help. It's noticeably clean and hygienic, and you'll often see products being restocked promptly to meet customers demand.nnBe prepared, though it can get quite busy even on weekdays.nnEnjoy your shopping at Coles!
Lovely store with very friendly and helpful staff. A few days ago I had to return a couple of jars of compromised coconut oil, and the lady at the front desk was lovely, and she gave me the option of receiving my refund in cash or on card. The check-out people are usually great as well, and they make an effort to pack my groceries carefully and often ask how I'd like them packed. Five stars for service!nThe only reason I took one star off overall is because the air-con outlets need a good regular clean, as there is evidence of black mould around them, and this can pose a health risk especially to people like me with mould sensitivity.
Our store came weekly to do the restaurant's groceries costing at least $500. This week, funny things happened. A very rude staff said they received order from management, they need to do counting one by one so please take out all of the items from the trolley so they can calculate and scan one by one. After she finished scanning, i do a double check using my own grocery list which i calculated and matching the quantities before and after i put in the trolleys. I found out there were few items with wrong quantities.nnAnd when you ask the staff in the picture to correct it for you, she said it doesnt matter at first and obviously i will not pay for the wrong quantities! she then asked me to take the whole 100 over items out from the trolley again and do the rescanning.nFYI You will need to take out and put in the 100 over items out and into and the trolley like 3 times!nnAnd finally she said it is not your choice as they run the store and she added go somewhere else ! Yes i left and i will not be coming back anymore.nIt's ok if you wanna do countings and verification on quantities but would you please hire someone who is able to read and calculate, also a polite and helpful one ?And FYI she is very RUDE!!! Worst coles ever!!! Stay away from here
Lisa and Marie Anne are the best workers here. They are very friendly and helpful.nnThe supermarket itself is well stocked, bright, new and spacious.
