I was disgusted at what I witnessed tonight at this store. A couple that were clearly not correct in the head verbally abusing and threatening an underage boy simply just trying to do his job. That is not on and the mature staff should be taking care of matters as such, not leaving that to a teenager!
Haven’t done a Click & Collect at Knox before, but noticed their awesome new covered pickup zone. Did a shop this way last week and it was outstanding. The staff member was prompt and friendly, helping load under cover from bad weather. And they had all my items, on a Monday! Great work Coles and team.
I was shopping at Knox decided to do some shopping at coles . I waited forever for someone to serve me , I waited in line for a register with an assistant serving I was 4th in line 5 other people came up behind me one women asked an assistant passing to please open a reg , after waiting again a couple of boys came up, we were served. Most of the self serve reg the staff were standing around as they didn’t have a customer. There appeared to be lots of staff on the floor filling shelves but not enough serving register staff. It’s so annoying to have to wait so long to be served. Self service registers are NOT working, wake up people who make these decisions.from an annoyed customer
I went to buy some stuff from coles knox,it was not fresh, so i called there and talked to one of the guy name Pierce,who actually was the manager,treated me so well and asked me bring back rotten fruits and he himself served me by getting me fresh and premium fruits and apologized on behalf of there fresh produce providers.He walked beside me holding the basket and helped me getting all the things i needed.I really appreciate Pierce and the staff who is really helpful and good with customers,They actually listen and value there customers.nWill definitely be shopping again in coles knox .nThanks Pierce and coles for valuing there customers .
Have been going to Coles Bayswater instead of woolworths for 6 months now. I find the staff friendlier & more helpful. A lot more variety of food though l don't do a full shop there only the items l can't buy from aldi.
