Fairly large and busy store.nReasonably clean.nLocated on level 1.nHad everything we needed.nAmple parking.
It's ok, the Knox Coles is nothing special. Their stock range is average. It's ok, there are just better supermarkets out there. Knox Woolies isn't much better I don't think, maybe just a touch but no not by much.
I bought smash container which is damaged, cant close the lid. The lady at customer service is not ready to accept. Asking for receipt. You don’t keep receipts after buying these kind of products because you don’t expect that will be damaged. Such a worst customer service and staff at knox. Have decided never to visit that store ever again
Some entitled rude 20 year old tried to have a go at me for being near the back door at the smokers bay, then tries to argue with me and slam a door straight after saying the rudest stuff, honestly I'll just keep sitting there if thays the case, could have just asked me to please move when she came out instead of acting like it's her right to barge through the back door with a trolley full of customers items that could clearly get damaged during said process
I went to buy some stuff from coles knox,it was not fresh, so i called there and talked to one of the guy name Pierce,who actually was the manager,treated me so well and asked me bring back rotten fruits and he himself served me by getting me fresh and premium fruits and apologized on behalf of there fresh produce providers.He walked beside me holding the basket and helped me getting all the things i needed.I really appreciate Pierce and the staff who is really helpful and good with customers,They actually listen and value there customers.nWill definitely be shopping again in coles knox .nThanks Pierce and coles for valuing there customers .
